In general, I won't go again. Facilities: Here are some suggestions for the air conditioner in the room: You have to turn on the cold air conditioner to blow hot air. I was speechless. Hygiene: The breakfast is terrible and there are few choices. I don't know if there are few guests. Many heating tops are empty. It does not meet the hotel's positioning. It is not as good as a homestay. There are flies. Environment: The room is not big. I arrived at night and could not see the sea. It is halfway up the mountain. The price-performance ratio is not high. I think it is a bit worse than I expected. Service: No one helped with the luggage, and the front desk did not speak good English.

Everything was good except the room was small. Thank you. Appetizers, desserts, breakfast, meals were good. It was good to have 3 pools and an Aqua park.

A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

This hotel has an excellent location (interior and exterior architecture blends with nature). The service and staff are very good. The balcony-style rooms offer views of various fruit trees. However, some rooms were a lot damp, so we changed rooms. Although this is a relatively good room, there are too many mosquitoes, which is unbelievable. It seems that all the mosquitoes in the area came to this hotel while on vacation! This is either a general problem in the area or caused by the hotel’s garden wealth or spraying. It must be said that residents should bring mosquito repellent before going to bed and go to bed.

everything is very durable

The hotel is really worth its 3 stars, an ideal location 3 minutes from the beach, there is a minibus that walks just aside to go directly to the centre of Bodrum and is 35 minutes by taxi to the airport. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, very warm. The view of the room on the pool, the outdoor transactions, jacuzzi, the hotel restaurant was very good, the dream breakfast was excellent .... The manager and staff were very kind and comfortable , you feel really good and they are still in the small care . I really recommend a place that I will return without hesitation.

Phenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast.
