"Great location - 1 minute to the sea, private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Excellent all inclusive for the money! The food is delicious - chicken, beef, fish too) good fresh vegetables, excellent watermelons) there is a good selection of delicious desserts)
Drinks - good beer, cocktails took gin with sprite - delicious) dry red wine, white is quite decent)
Rooms - clean, small, with air conditioning, balcony. The furniture is not new, but very decent! We had a regular room on the second floor, the plumbing is updated, the room has a refrigerator, hair dryer, the bed is normal) cleaning, change of towels - every day.
Nice pool, clean, with sun loungers.
The hotel area is small, but clean! The staff always washes everything)
And since the sea is nearby and there are many cafes and beaches - there is where to walk)
Very polite staff! The guys at the bar, the waiters, the reception and the kitchen - well done!
The only thing is that the carpets in the halls need replacing. Otherwise - very good)"

Facilities: Here are some suggestions for the air conditioner in the room: You have to turn on the cold air conditioner to blow hot air. I was speechless. I asked the staff to see why it was not warm. He said that you have to turn on the cold air conditioner to blow hot air. I hope to give some suggestions to those who stay later.
Hygiene: The breakfast is terrible and there are few choices. I don't know if there are few guests. Many heating tops are empty. It does not meet the hotel's positioning. It is not as good as a homestay. There are flies.
Environment: The room is not big. I arrived at night and could not see the sea. It is halfway up the mountain. The price-performance ratio is not high. I think it is a bit worse than I expected.
Service: No one helped with the luggage, and the front desk did not speak good English."

No. 1 of Premium Hotels in Bitez"Front desk: I have been to so many countries and stayed in so many hotels, but I have never encountered such a warm front desk. I forgot the name of the lady who checked me in and the lobby manager, but they were very nice and gave me a lot of advice. A little tidbit is that there was also a local football team staying there at the time, and we chatted for a while and it was fun.
Room: Very clean and beautiful, it is said to be renovated. The Aegean Sea is stunning when you look out the window!
Breakfast: OK, the boiled eggs are surprisingly delicious😂😂
Beach club: The hotel has its own beach, which requires a shuttle bus, but it is very good and the service is very thoughtful.
The hotel is on the mountain, and when I arrived, I found that it seemed difficult to get a taxi everywhere in Bodrum. Maybe this city itself is more suitable for self-driving. I regretted returning the car at the airport😅"

Von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zum letzten Tag hat einfach alles gestimmt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten genau die richtige Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch, vielfältig und mit Liebe zubereitet – ein perfekter Start in den Tag!
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Teams. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern fast wie ein Freund des Hauses – aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und jederzeit mit einem Lächeln da.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral – man ist in wenigen Minuten am Meer oder in der Stadtmitte.

"Phenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast.
