Me and my husband stay here once a month and it's great this time we took the kids with us (grown kids ) and they said how lovely it was the bed are so comfy the food os great and lisa and the team are all so kind and lovely lisa takes timemour to coke and talk to you and the other staff members do the same its such a lovely experience everytine we go lisa and the team.do a brilliant job xxx k boden

Very friendly excellent customer service, will definitely return, was greater with a smile and the staff where genuine and approachable at any point during the day, afternoon or night no matter the issue they looked to sort it with ease. Thank you for the experience.

Lovely hotel with the bedroom and bathroom fresh and clean for my stay, I was greeted and always accompanied by friendly staff. The best moments were coming down the stairs in the morning and smelling the lovely breakfast. Thanks Lisa and the team. Thanks Premier inn

Lisa and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Gave very knowledgeable advice about the area. Nothing was any trouble for Lisa and the staff. Service was excellent and this was also voiced by the rest of our party. Food was of very high standard.

Came for Birmingham christmas market, room was fit for purpose, beds comfortable and room clean. Rooms were ready when we got there before standard check in time which was great after a long drive. Breakfast worth the money. Lisa at the front desk was kind and charismatic and an asset to the team with excellent customer service.

Recently stayed here for the NEC classic car show. We picked here as it was alot cheaper than hotels nearer. Can't fault the service, guy on reception really friendly when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. Room was nice, although seemed a bit bland compared to other premier inn rooms we have stayed in and the bathroom was starting to look a bit shabby, but nonetheless was clean. Mattress was a bit firm so not the best night's sleep (either night) but that's just personal preference. Room next door to us were noisy until about 3am but that's life, not the hotels fault. Great location, and lots of parking. Breakfast was also super nice and well stocked. Can recommend!

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a last min weekend plan. Such a cosy hotel which had everything we needed and the staff were so friendly and attentive. A massive shout out and thank you to Lisa who was extra hospitable to us even after our check out and took good care of us. She was so accommodating and we had a nice time chatting with her - 10/10 service, can't fault it. When we come back to Birms we'll be staying at this hotel again. Such a lovely experience :)

Lovely comfortable hotel. Everything was beautifully clean and the room spacious. The bed was of the usual great Premier comfort. Lisa was really helpful after I had made a mistake with my booking, ensuring I had a suitable room. The staff were warm welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was great and cooked to order. I would definately chose this hotel next time I come to Birmingham.
