There was an unfriendly Asian man at the front desk. There was noise in the room and I asked to change rooms but he didn't help. Later I asked the local front desk to help solve the problem.

It was a good stay, the rooms were clean and serviced daily.
Location is very close to the NEC which is great, maybe a 5 minute walk away, a bit more if you need to get to hall 20 or something.
However, my biggest issue was the room was always freezing. The AC in our room was always set to 16C and couldn't be increased. I called the reception desk who sent a mechanic with a portable heater which was broken.
If you need a place to sleep, this will do.
