A little pricey for comfort level
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was outdated, falling apart, and cleanliness was okay. Had a room with a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed - mattress on the sofa bed was completely awful. "Breakfast" was only provided in form of coffee, granola bars, and packaged muffins and oatmeal - more of a snack bar than breakfast.
Given that I paid over $150 for the room for one night I'd expect a little more.

Not happy
People smoking ***** and cigarettes.
The entire floor smelled bad.
Our room wasnt clean all the way. There was a nasty pregnancy test IN THE Bed and partial blunt.

You have to pay for internet after the first day,outside parameter needs cleaned up. I found boots, empty water bottles and socks under my bed on the floor.

I’ve stayed at multiple different American extended stays and when I say this one is the worst I’ve ever been to I mean it. Worst customer service ever. There were used towels and trash still in my room when I first got there. Room smelled like trash and ****. They charge extra for toilet paper, towels, and dishes. When I asked for fresh towels I was told she wasn’t doing that right now then proceeded to be very disrespectful and rude then tried to kick me out because I asked to speak to the manager about her actions. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I paid for 2 nights but left after just 1 and paid for another hotel bc I couldn’t stay there comfortably, the shower and kitchen just wasn’t up to my cleanliness standards. For the price I can find a far better place to stay like Sleep Inn or Sonesta Select at the Colonnade. Both of which are as clean as any hotel I’ve ever experienced with very friendly accommodating staff.
