To put the following into context, I've stayed here a few times previously to go to Tranmere games, without any problem. On this occasion, I arrived, was checked in by a staff member and left my luggage in the room and went to the game. On my return at about 10,30, no sign of any staff, got into the hotel and room with my keycard and tried to go to bed and sleep. However there was something making a noise in the room, think from a ventilation shaft, which made for a poor nights sleep. After breakfast, which was decent as always, I couldn't find anyone to make aware of the issue-no clear guidance on how to make contact. I subsequently reported and received a very dismissive response from PI customer relations, which has prompted this review.
