"It is a nice hotel. We booked online and the standard rooms were a put off. It was not a weekend and we upgraded them to premium. The premium rooms were nice with large balconies. The hotel was a bit pricey for a place like Tarapith. But I could understand when checking out - lots of tourist. The staffs were extremely nice and the food was great."

The staff are to be trained and tuned to maintain such property and respond to the various demand of the travelling tourists. Otherwise it is a new property with facilities of gym, games room, swimming pool, massage and spa, large banquet hall, restaurant etc around a large and green landscaped lawn. Consumption of liquor is restricted to the rooms only. It is not a pet friendly resort"

"No proper parking in hotel. Parked anyway after half an hrs waiting. Room booked premium class but due to advance booking they have provided lower category room smell badly. Pillow and bedsheet was dirty. After request to manager he denied to change the room inspite of available of other room. Not even room freshner used on request. After so many requests somehow change the bedsheet and pillow cover breakfast is just formalities."
