Too small washrooms. That too in pathetic condition. No dental kits, no hair dryer, no comb in the washrooms. No intercom phones to connect to the reception/rooms. There was a power failure, and the resort had no generator set/inverters. The property was poorly maintained by the owners. It seems the management has no interest in the resort. However, the staff was good.

The hotel is exceptionally managed badly. We had to change room 3 times. In 1 room there was no electricity. Post complaint we were allotted another room in which flash was not eorking. On raising complaint, we were upgraded to higher suite. However, the geyser in 1 room was not working. The room were full of mosquitoes and for covering the entire hotel they did not had sufficient staff. Very poorly managef. Hope make my trip take action and if this is the quality hotel make my trip keeps, make my trip should refund for providing this kind of hotels to the customers travel-ling with 3. 5 year child. It was a horrible stay. For 1 night stay with a small child if 1 has to change your room 3 times then that is not the hotel anybody should suggest

We checked in on 6th december. The rooms had huge cracks from ceiling to floor. Door knobs were broken. Lots of mosquitoes. There was very little light. Even light too went off in the evening. Had to be shifted to another room which was equally bad. I had to immediately shift to a better hotel so that i can stay.

Pathetic experience will never recommend anybody. the whole place was very untidy. service was very poor. Doesn't even have intercom to communicate. Pathetic food. street dogs roaming about in dinning area. only overpriced bufftet available with all cold food. The whole place gives very negative vibe due to dirt and very poor maintenance. The most pathetic part is they don't have safety tanks, All sanitary discharges are drained in open just with the wall of your room where the balcony opens. The toiletteries and dental kits were not provided. After asking for it a lot of time they provided just one soap as a toilettories. Too much overprized. the beds were dirty like anything. too much of mosquitoes and no nets provided. The mentioned things were not provided. and the rooms didn't have bathtubs as written. None of the customers boarding were happy. all of them complained together still no response from them. Highly dissappointing. Please don't waste money on this property. No idea how this place received 3 stars.

Rooms, resort, service everything is in shambles. The worst experience of our life! money wasted as we paid for two nights but returned after one night, it was that bad!

The rooms, kitchen and dining area were so filthy and smelly that we immediately decided to check out and shifted to club central hotel. Very bad experience

The accommodation was good but not worth the price i paid. The maintenance is very poor considering the investment made in the property. However, the services rendered was excellent and that is why i will recommend to some limited friends.

We went to this Hotel based on a close friend's recommendation who has been a regular visitor to Santiniketan but never really stayed here, must be a lore from the past, but we went there ignoring all the review comments, hoping things couldnt be really bad, after all, all we needed was a neat and clean room and the prices were quite high for 2 nights. First I made a wrong booking for 2 BR and to change that to 3 BR had to make numerous calls, since the online thing doesnt work, then when we went there, we realized there is a huge property, type like a resort of country bungalows, huge ones but with only 1 person for service and we were the only guests in 20+ days; there were lizards and roaches, there was a great jacuzzi sort of shower, but it didnt work, every single thing we ordered was damn fresh, because even the tea, biscuits had to be procured to be served; very handicapped or senior unfriendly, every room, we had to climb 4-5 steps; the dining room was like a dark and old place and we were the centre piece; it was a very pathetic stay and pathetic service, the manager wouldnt ever come, so no business, so hardly any staff, and no service, so no guests and no business, its caught in a loop, but a really lovely resort fallen into dilapidated conditions, sad story, but definitely not recommended, since there are really good hotels at the same or lesser price, right in the centre
