Bintulu Hotels with Airport pickup service

The check in process was easy, but a little too easy as in I was not shown what direction to head to get to my room, what floor it was on or even where the lifts were. Check in staff were pleasant enough though. I eventually found my room and it was ok. For an ”executive suite” it was way below par, but for a normal double room, it would have been fine. Decor was very dated but sufficient. I didn't particularly like the wooden flooring, but that's a personal choice and it was clean so hey ho. The biggest issue I had was I could only find one plug socket, which was nowhere near the bed and it appeared to be very loose in the wall. The 2 x USB sockets on it were handy, but only worked when they wanted too. The room phone did not work so I had to go to reception to order room service. On that subject, I ordered a pizza and it was delicious. I genuinely loved it and it was delivered piping hot. The downside was the guy who delivered demanded cash only (which was not stated anywhere in the room service menu) and I did not have enough cash on my so, much to a bemused look from him, I charged it to my room. The shower was over the bath which was a bit dated but was decent enough. The bath mat was a bit shabby looking so did not use it. The towels were clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable and I did have a couple of good nights sleep. I did nit try the restaurant in the hotel so cannot comment. Overall, it is a decent hotel that could be doing with a facelift, but it was OK. It is located right next to a shopping mall which, being honest, is worth a miss, but that's for a different review.

We had a good stay. The room was clean and spacious. The washroom was also spacious, except we had to request for a bin in the bathroom by ourselves. We also had to request for face towels as it was not provided. But other than that, the room was good. As for the breakfast, the varieties are quite good. The tastes could use some improvement but overall, they are good. Location-wise, one of the best spots, surrounded by local food and amenities. Especially close to Farley, so that’s good.

Huge spacious room, comfy bed, complete amenities. Parking space is rather limited. Love the view though. 24hr eateries just stone throw away. Definitely will come back

Great hospitality, spent 15 nights there for quarantine and everything was good from food, bed, toilets. Everything was clean and comfy, perfect for a short getaway. Was sent food every few hours too during the quarantine! The food was so-so but overall it was a truly amazing experience.

Location was good, but the cleanliness need to improve a little bit. Got blood stain inside comforter. ( already ask to change comforter but then I realised they only change outer pieces of comforter not the comforter . The blood stain was inside comforter) . Overall was good . Staff were friendly and helpful .

The lift needs repair, every time use it gotta standby stand n hold something baik baik when it arrived floor. Air very very small on second night stay
