Hotel is quite far from town and not easily accessible without car. Its located right at the seaside and in the midst of industrial area. But it has great facilities for hotel guests. The room is clean and well maintain. Customer service is helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have been better if there were more variety.

The room is located 50 km east of Bintulu. It costs RM150 to take a taxi, and the taxi app costs between RM110-150. Most taxi drivers are Chinese and can communicate directly. It is cheaper to pay directly at the front desk. You cannot pay by mobile phone. You need to use VISA card or cash. It is difficult to get a taxi in Bintulu. It is difficult to travel without a car. Remember to bring a swimsuit when you come.

The hotel has a beautiful view and a swimming pool. However, you can only look at the beach and not go there, as there are crocodiles and cobras nearby. The cleaning is average, which may be the case for all Malaysian hotels. They can't speak Chinese, and they are not very friendly to Chinese people. The price booked by locals is quite different from ours
