Huge spacious room, comfy bed, complete amenities. Parking space is rather limited. Love the view though. 24hr eateries just stone throw away. Definitely will come back

Good hospitality. Strategic location. 1st choice of hotel whenever my family plan for a trip to Bintulu.

Nice place to stay.. Good value for money.. Even its nearby a shopping mall and a restaurants..more cheap food you can dine in.. And a nice view city of bintulu.. And a nice night market that happen every night

We are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room. The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment. They obliged my request for high floor with sea view which was very nice. Comfy bed. Strong air conditioning in the bedroom and living area. Good water pressure with hot water supply for shower and sink in the bathroom. Furnishings are a little dated and sp****. Kitchenette feels a bit grimy and the sink's water pressure was poor. It's not well equipped, perhaps for long stay where you really use it supplies can be requested. Due to Covid, breakfast was lunchbox style placed outside the room. It was horrible! We only had it the first morning, subsequent days we told them not to bother. Location is good if you have your own car, otherwise it's got nothing nearby for food and supplies. Photos show double pillows but it's actually one measly pillow per person. Upon request they only give 1 extra (don't understand why so stingy). Bedroom has blackout curtains but the bathroom door is frosted glass which lets light in. If you like to sleep in a darkened room, this will irritate the hell out of you as it did me! For the price of RM125 per night, it is extremely good.

The hotel located in the city center. Hotel attached to the Parkcity Mall. The place is really convenient because it is very near to shop lot. If you want to buy souvenirs, there a few shop that sell local Sarawak souvenir like kek lapis and kain batik inside the mall. The room is so spacious furnished and equipped with modern furniture. i love the shower big shower head and also the bathroom toiletries are suitable for a business traveler. For Muslim, they provide praying mat and also 'kain sarung' for praying. Iron, safety box is also provided in the room. the nice thing was, the hotel provide welcoming fruits in the room when i checked into the hotel. This is my first time having fresh fruits in the room. the mini bar was available, coffee tea and also kettle. There was also can drinks provided, but i am not sure whether it is free or chargeable if you drink it. The highlight of the hotel i think it is the cafe. I went there for breakfast, a lot of choice to choose from, but the best was the view from the cafe. It was so beautiful looking at the sea when you are having breakfast. Overall my stay in this hotel is awesome and a am looking forward to come to this hotel again.

I stayed for 4 nights. The room is very big & spacious with all the basic amenities. I was given a room facing the sea. The bed was quite comfortable. Not much choice of tv channels. Since I was on official trip, I needed to be in contact with my office at all time during office hours but the WiFi connection was very bad. My telco network reception is quite poor too (of course not the hotel’s fault but was hoping the WiFi to be efficient). The foods are quite disappointing. The staff on the other hands were quite pleasant, friendly & helpful. Understood that it took them quite sometimes to make up the room because the hotel is 1 of the quarantine hotels so they missed out cleaning the room I was at the day before my check out. Plus point is the rooftop. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop

I loved the concept theme and the location above all. Above all the service is very nice and friendly as they contact you before your stay to know about your whereabouts and if there's anything you need before checking in. Pricing was very reasonable. The rooms however are kind of not soundproof as you can hear people walking and talking outside the hallway from inside the room. Other than that, amenities are good and overall a good stay in my opinion. Hopefully they can keep up the service and further improve on the soundproofing.

The check in process was easy, but a little too easy as in I was not shown what direction to head to get to my room, what floor it was on or even where the lifts were. Check in staff were pleasant enough though. I eventually found my room and it was ok. For an ”executive suite” it was way below par, but for a normal double room, it would have been fine. Decor was very dated but sufficient. I didn't particularly like the wooden flooring, but that's a personal choice and it was clean so hey ho. The biggest issue I had was I could only find one plug socket, which was nowhere near the bed and it appeared to be very loose in the wall. The 2 x USB sockets on it were handy, but only worked when they wanted too. The room phone did not work so I had to go to reception to order room service. On that subject, I ordered a pizza and it was delicious. I genuinely loved it and it was delivered piping hot. The downside was the guy who delivered demanded cash only (which was not stated anywhere in the room service menu) and I did not have enough cash on my so, much to a bemused look from him, I charged it to my room. The shower was over the bath which was a bit dated but was decent enough. The bath mat was a bit shabby looking so did not use it. The towels were clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable and I did have a couple of good nights sleep. I did nit try the restaurant in the hotel so cannot comment. Overall, it is a decent hotel that could be doing with a facelift, but it was OK. It is located right next to a shopping mall which, being honest, is worth a miss, but that's for a different review.

This hotel is most welcomed for me.... Location is just off the main road. Hence, very nearby Bintulu Port industrial areas. Simple three level hotel with the reception, restaurant and meeting room at ground floor. Hospitality overall was excellent! Rooms and facility are alright by me. Breakfast currently is choices of set meals. Meals at the restaurant is a variety of Local, Indonesian, Western, Indian and Vegetarian. Having tried several variety of dishes over the current stay, I opine that it is a total change of the Bintulu atmosphere that i have been accustomed to. The downside of this hotel is not much choices for dinner and evening eat-outs.
