"My boyfriend fell sick on the first day of the trip and was down with a high fever, we asked the receptionist for any medicines that could help with fever. To our horror, we are shocked that the resort itself does not carry any panadol or paracetemol. They told us that they only have first aid and that we should travel out by grab out of the resort to search for it and the nearest “pharmacist” which the name sounded shady is a 30 mins drive. Grabbing anywhere out of the resort itself is costly and furthermore there is no grab mart or grabfood service available within the resort areas. It was super inconvenient and the price of the food served in this resort is similar to cafe priced in singapore but with very subpar quality and taste. Never coming back to bintan ever again"

"Large hotel with lots of amenities and activities. Younger kids enjoyed their indoor kids’ playground, outdoor playground, shallow pool, and paid activities like bracelet making, while the teens were entertained with kayaking, swimming, ping pong, cycling, and a small arcade room at the recreational facility. I personally enjoyed the gym which was pretty well-equipped, and their complimentary fitness programmes. Service was excellent - staff were friendly, helpful and prompt in responding. On the whole, the place is well-kept and clean. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread. However, the prices of food are pegged at standard Bintan resort pricing (it’s not cheap) and for that price point, I do wish the food tasted better - the western food options we tried were better than the Asian ones."
