Mijn kamer 111, had geen raam maar een deur naar buiten platdak, deze kon je niet vastzetten. Dat idee vond ik niet fijn. De eigenaresse vertelde dat ze hier iets aan gingen veranderen. Kamer was schoon, evenals de badkamer. Geen stoel aanwezig en aangezien er verder geen restaurant is had ik het fijn gevonden als er een flesje water was geweest. De koffiemachine in de hal was defect. Ontbijt was heel goed, van alles aanwezig . Voor het hotel kun je parkeren, dagkaart kost 4 euro.

Modern hotel close to Bahnhof Stadt. Smooth and friendly check-in. Spacious room on railroad side was quiet with triple paned windows. Bathroom very small but efficient. Shower has a notch in the shelf, never seen before, handy to hang my razor. Extensive breakfast.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per questa struttura posta lungo il grande fiume Reno sul quale fare una emozionante e rilassante crociera. Vicino ci sono Francoforte sul Meno, Magonza e Worms. Prima colazione a buffet molto ricca, ovviamente in Germania pochi dolci ...se volete brioches state in Patria! Però il distributore automatico eroga un buon cappuccino. Camera molto ampia con cucina, forno e frigo, in pratica un appartamentino (ovviamente bagno spazioso). Pulizia perfetta. Si è verificato un problemino elettrico ai fornelli ma è stato risolto velocemente. La Signora che gestisce l'hotel è stata gentilissima e disponibile (prima di partire ci ha persino fornito i francobolli per le cartoline che ha provveduto lei stessa a spedire). Parla fluentemente l'inglese (capita spesso oltralpe) con qualche imbarazzo per noi Italiani, tendenzialmente impacciati con le lingue straniere. Davanti alla struttura passa la ferrovia ma i treni sono silenziosi e ci sono camere (come la nostra) che si affacciano sul retro e permettono di ammirare il castello cittadino, sede del borgomastro e degli uffici comunali. Non è presente l'ascensore ma non abbiamo avuto difficoltà (eravamo al secondo piano).

It's bearable for a day, but you wouldn't want to stay here longer. The hotel has just been renovated and is very clean. The breakfast buffet is rich. You can park in front of the hotel from 9 a.m. for €4 a day.
