I been going to stars inn for a long time but now it seems to be going down hill. Rooms dirty and the pool is disgusting.

Terrible customer service!!! Dirty rooms with cockroaches under the bed and told the front desk about it and the guy laughed!!! Didn't offer to put us in another room he just said sometimes when you leave your door open down south cockroaches come in!! I couldn't sleep all night!

Roadside roach motel owned and operated by a nasty family with nasty attitudes offering nasty customer service. They let you know clearly that at $40 a night, decent customer service and cleanliness are too much to ask for. Spend $10 more and get a clean and updated room. Location is the only reason this moldy and outdated motel exists.

Hotel was easy to find and the room was clean and nice and cool when we arrived. The front desk was very helpful with the check-in. The only thing I didn't like was I didn't receive a receipt when we left. I was told that I should receive one from the owner, so I'm waiting to see if I get one.

Very disappointed in our room! When we got there it smelled very musty, the bath tub stopper was broken, half of the receptacles wouldn’t work. The last there instead of waiting to turn keys off when we left we got up and the keys wouldn’t work. I booked this room almost a month in advance and paid a decent amount for the room. For that price it should have been a decent room instead we get a bad room with a non refundable clause. Last time we stay at that place.

Bathroom was dirty possibly black mold very dangerous have pictures to show My sister has very bad OCD and PTSD and other mental issues causing her to have an anxiety attack. My anxiety is not that bad lately but looking at that not sure if it's black mold I don't know if you know but I know black mold can attack and kill you

The rooms were very clean as well as the property. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. My husband and I enjoyed the weekend getaway, and we look forward to going back. This was a very nice place to stay at a great price.

To start with sent us to an occupied room.i went and told the clerk sent to another room. The problems continued to as we went and got dinner then three different keys didn't work and the Master on the four try didn't work.The clerk was rude obnoxious and put us in another room told to stay there we told we needed medicine from the room finally got the stuff and we stayed in the third room. We discover bugs in the room a filthy tub and no working fire alarm or smoke detector.
