My husband and I visit the Palace 2 or 3 times a year. We went this week for my bd. The place is cleaner than ever. Lots of security. Quiet. Nice ******. We love to eat at Stacks. The buffet is great also. Staff, very accommodating about floor request. Beds could be just a tad more comfortable. Great view of the Gulf.

Just left the Palace a few days ago. From the moment you walk in the front door, this place drips of opulence. I had never been to the Biloxi area but booked the Palace and oh boy was I ever so pleased! Free parking garage attached to the hotel by a 3rd level walkway. This entryway leads right into the ****** (of course...lol) and security was posted in several locations with other security constantly walking the floor. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with suggestions, even with the many restaurants and cafes on property. I got the king bedroom and it was more than enough space to be comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I slept in on a humid day that I originally planned for the beach. Whenever I am in the area again, the Palace is my now go to hotel. Oh...and did I mention you can get half off on the buffet? Win-Win.

Room was clean. Buffet was good.. just good. Nothing fancy. Staff were friendly. It's a typical ******. A little outdated. The worse part of this hotel was the bed, which to me is a deal breaker. We have just spent 10 hours in the car and about other 7 hours the next day. We were really looking forward to sleeping in a comfortable bed. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. Hard and flat as a board. We booked this hotel because it was a 9.2 star hotel. In my opinion it was not a 9.2 a 4 or 5 maybe but not a 9.2. If you want a comfortable place to sleep on your travels this is not the hotel. If you just want to eat and drink and gamble this is your hotel.

My family and I arrived on a Sunday. It was a quick registering at the desk. He asked us if we wanted a particular floor and accessible measures. We asked for a room near the elevator because of leg issues. Since there wasn’t a line the desk agent made my player’s card. He was professional and courteous. The person who brought our luggage to our room was courteous and showed us some features of the room. I asked him also about some restaurants in the area that I had viewed on Trip Advisor. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and modern. The view was spectacular. ( we paid extra for the gulf view). Although on the website, stating that the rooms will be cleaned every three days, a cleaning service staffer came the very next morning. The buffet was great with many varieties to choose from. With a players card you get a discount on your meal. The slots were loose and the staff were friendly. We can’t wait to come back again!

We should have canceled the moment we walked in the door. Staff were RUDE. That was the theme for the entire stay. Very RUDE. With the exception of the bell boy. He was great. He’s the only reason it 2 stars. This place is Highly overrated. The Buffet is average at best. The slots aren’t any looser than anywhere else. Rooms are old and dated, again, average at best. Don’t be fooled by the ratings. An added bonus is that the place smelled musty as soon as we entered the doors. They better keep that bell boy. He could lead the customer service training!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The ****** was smaller than I expected but okay for playing. All of the staff we encountered were always polite and helpful. The pool restaurant was great for a quick great meal. I had the mahi tacos and they were wonderful. We ate at Stacked which was good for breakfast but the amount of food was enormous. It was delicious. The pool looked very inviting but we decided to gamble instead-we were only there for three days so we didn’t have time to do it all! Next time we go to Biloxi I will stay at the Palace but for a longer time.

Stayed here for our vacation. They have everything you need. ****** and restaurants. Rooms were clean and they cleaned everyday. People were always very friendly. We will come back again. Didn’t use the pool but it was very nice looking. Great views of the water.

This is our favorite place to stay. Love the water view room, pool, buffet and restaurants. Fun ****** and some of the nicest staff! Clean, quiet room. Beautiful pool area with Wahoo’s restaurant and excellent service from everyone who works there. No smoking ****** and hotel are a plus! Just a few compliments to Frederick & Tenoa at the buffet and Isaac & Cory the bellmen. A big thank you to Sherry for our lovely corner room overlooking the water. Just wish Palace was closer to home. But so worth the nine hour drive!

Best ****** on the coast. Outstanding staff and great rooms. Have stayed at resort for cruisin the coast for the past 12 years and will be staying there again this year.
