La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Billings

Stayed Three Nights while sight seeing and it was excellent! Easy access to the Freeway in Billings Montana.

Wyndham brands are fraught with bad management. This hotel overcharged my credit card. Tried to contact thru the website and wasted time only to be told to call the hotel. Called the hotel and spoke to a very uptight person named BUD, who is very poor at dealing with people, raised his voice over mind and talked very long to lecture me, when IN FACT it's completely the hotel's error. This should have been handled more aplogetically. Could never recommend this hotel.

Stop playing movie on phone when dealing with guests. Don't act like it is an inconvenience to check on aguest

I was told ground floor bathrooms stink, that's what you get for booking ground floor. They poured something down the drain and said that usually works instead of giving me a different room to shower in. When that didn't work I was treated poorly for again asking for another room to shower in and asking for a late check out. I was told I HAVE to be out by noon.

This is a very nice place to stay. Clean. Comfortable. Roomy. Relaxing. A great staff. A delicious breakfast

A beautiful and well managed hotel. Great breakfasts, quiet and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend to families or business travelers. Easy access to highway and family friendly restaurants. Great option for those traveling with pets as well.

This hotel was new last time we stopped here. There were several things that we noticed last time that were still not fixed this time. The elevator was dirty and this may have been from overuse because it is the only one. It was used for housekeeping and guest use making for long wait times. Cleanliness and overall maintenance was lacking.

After driving all day and night, we checked in with the night attendant, Brenda, an abrasive and curt employee. She made us give over our license and credit card, despite the hotel having this Indy for a prepaid reservation. The next morning, the morning attendant called us and let us know they had our license and credit card, which Belinda never bothered to return to us. And apparently she kept it out all night for anyone to commit identity theft. There was only one other time this happened in all our travels and the hotel employee had run up hundreds of dollars on our card. He was later arrested. Aside from this, the housekeepers knocked loudly on our door starting at 9am and did so two more times, even though there was clearly a do not disturb sign up and checkout was not until 11 am. The room itself was dark and dingy, the handle to the fridge was about to fall off and there were cracks throughout the bathroom. Most disturbingly, the manager, Orlando, was told all of this and he could have cared less. This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at and we could not wait to get our of this horror story of a hotel.
