Avid Hotel Billings West

Very good place to go ... friendly and patient staff, especially with kids ! We went for a baseball tournament so a lot of things were happening! Rooms are a little small bit very functional... bathroom was big enough as well I will go back for sure ;)

This was our first stay at an Avid IHG hotel. At the point of walking in the front door, we knew this was going to be a fun experience!!! The colorful entrance set the tone for our stay. We met Sydney (General Manager) and Bailey at the front desk and I knew that there is "Leadership On Duty". The King Room was well appointed with a big TV and a very comfortable bed. We also had a Queen room for the other family members and that room was equally well furnished. The morning breakfast was set up somewhat different than other IHG hotels with a large variety of breads, muffins, fruit, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, and many more items to satisfy any traveler. We met LaDonna and Marie at breakfast and they were very helpful with our breakfast choices to include selections that satisfied clients with gluten intolerant travelers. We then met Shawn (very kid friendly!!!) at checkout and he was very personable and totally the right person to meet at checkout - a lasting final impression as we hit the road after three days with the Avid hotel. Very reasonable accommodations that checked off all of our needs - we will be back!!!!

Stayed one night. Check-in was smooth, the entire hotel was clean, beds soft, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was limited, yet free. The pool is small. However, there was a hot tub, and gym. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Restaurant nearby is Rib and Chop House is next door.

Great stay! Comfortable beds, clean rooms , nice size bathroom. We liked the layout of the room. Lots of hard surfaces to place your luggage and felt very up to date. Breakfast was good! Simple but lots of choices, hot and cold. Nothing to complain about. We will be back!
