Tuvimos un fallo de localización y finalmente reservamos en la vieja en vez de libere Ledesma que es donde queríamos en un principio, cuando nos dimos cuenta era ya tarde , llamamos al sitio lo comentamos y una chica nos comentó que era ya tarde y no podían solucionar nada pero que al día siguiente intentarían solucionar ya que habíamos reservado a través de booking y no de ellos. Entonces decimos reservar donde queríamos y dejamos pasar el día siguiente y ya preguntamos y otra chica nos dijo que no que no había solución , entonces llame a booking y para solucionar algo ya que es un dinero y nose alguna solución quería conseguir ya que habíamos reservado en la misma empresa digo nose … algo tiene que haber !!! Y de booking me dicen que por parte de ellos no habría problema que es parte del sitio y entonces la empresa libere me contesta al mensaje y pone que no hay solución alguna que no es error de la empresa y que no había solución ninguna . Creo que algún tipo de solución aunque no sea culpa de ellos … pero nose reservamos con ellos también no queríamos el dinero pero algo nose seguimos de viaje podría haber tenido alguna solución que nos quedásemos contentos los dos .

Apartamentos ideales, la verdad que las camas así como el servicio fue buenísimo. Aconsejo 100% ir a estos apartamentos. Permiten ir con perros y estas a 10 min del centro de la ciudad andando. Calidad precio unos apartamentos para repetir.

The Doorcode scaner at the Main entrance didn't worked any more. That started on Wednesday. So we really had struggle to enter.
Except that the environment and rooms where very clean and comfortable.

The rest was disappointing… Despite many bad reviews about the same, they do not take any action, the sofa bed they offer is very uncomfortable, we have had to put the 5 cm thick mattress on the floor, since it was not possible to sleep on it. the sofa… The location and cleanliness were very good.

Todo muy nuevo, lo acaban de remozar. La habitación no tiene cama si no un sofá cama muy malo, la primera noche talvez se puede dormir. Ya a la tercera no porque te duele todo. No lo recomiendo. Ahorraron en lo más importante. Mala decisión

The bathroom certainly had not been thoroughly cleaned which was a turn off but the place had not only a washer but clothing dryers which was a lifesaver. With a large cleaning fee, you would expect at least a clean place to stay. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but was close to a park and some good restaurants.
