Had a fantastic stay at Bypillow San Mamés Hotel! Prime location near San Mamés Stadium, modern and clean room, and friendly staff. Comfy bed for a great night's sleep. Delicious breakfast and excellent service. Highly recommend for a Bilbao visit! Will definitely return.

Location was close to the bus station but further away from the main attractions. Room was clean and well-maintained. Drinking water was provided as well, and the toilet had all the essential items. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

It is the second time that I stayed in this accommodation, it is very very comfortable, close to the metro, the service is incredibly friendly, the rooms are generally very large, clean and modern, the only thing, this time I had to take a single room that there was nothing else left, the bed although it already said that it is single... I think it would be incredible if it were a little bigger than 80cm, it was missing a large body towel, the coat rack is at the same time the coffee table... which It made it impossible to hang clothes like long jackets and boil water... I recommend that they move it or the coffee table and kettle or the coat rack, for the rest everything is fine.
