Il bagno è piccolo e senza aspiratore e finestra, forniscono un solo asciugamano per le mani (nella camera tripla e nella quadrupla!) ed il telo da doccia per ciascuno. Nella zona comune non ci sono tazze per tutti e nemmeno qualche genere di conforto base (es. Zucchero se si usa la propria tisana). È centralissimo, però poco confortevole. Adatto ad una utenza mordi e fuggi ... non fidelizza e non si torna in questa struttura dopo averla provata. Meglio una situazione confortevole e meno centrale.

I recently made a booking for Mirador Catedral de Santiago in Bilbao via lastminute.com. I then got response that this apartment wasn't actually available and it shouldn't had been advertised. However, the customer service informed me that i wouldn't get a full refund and i would still have to pay for management fees. I feel this is very unfair and very poor customer service of lastminute.com. Disappointing.
