The room is very beautiful and comfortable. The surprise is that it provides Hokkaido coffee beans, so you can make your own coffee! The two music CDs provided in the room are also very good and have enough privacy. The room has floor heating and a heater. Sometimes I even feel a little too warm. Well~ The accommodation fee includes breakfast. The food is simple, rich and delicious, and the portions are not big at all! We booked dinner at the B&B for two days, and I have to say it was a surprise! Generally, I think B&Bs provide more family-style meals, but these two days There are appetizers, staple dishes, main dishes, and desserts. It’s exactly like eating in a Western restaurant~ The quality is very good👍🏼👍🏼 They are all delicious and very cost-effective. The same meal in Hong Kong would probably cost twice as much! Great chat You know, it turns out that the B&B has its own pastry chef. No wonder the desserts are of very high quality. You can eat local Hokkaido ingredients here, including Biei pork and Sakurahime chicken, as well as scallops and a variety of fresh vegetables. I personally like scallop risotto and spaghetti with meat sauce! The same goes for Sakurahime chicken~ I already want to eat it again when I think about it. . The staff at the B&B are very kind and friendly, providing immediate assistance when needed and properly reserving space for guests. We all feel very good about it. Next time we have the opportunity, we will continue to enjoy the tranquility and slow leisure time in Hokkaido!

Accommodation for family. The meal is a better impression than the price in the morning and evening. It is a large bath, but because of the day trip OK, locals and camping cottages continue 々 night １０, so you can't slow down if you don't come out early in the morning because you come to take a bath. It's a public inn, so it's not possible, but if you care about the local people, it's better to make the cost of bathing in several private rooms to make a bath for the guests. At night ８ I was a little joking with my child at the time, and I complained and the front desk came at ８ halftime. I didn't visit to confirm early time of family accommodation for consecutive holidays. One-sided point. I ran around in a slower time, but I didn't point out that there was no revisit.

Spacious room, children went on the tatami sleeping on the futon. Lots of storage space too and plenty of amenities. Free coffee in lobby was nice and fresh from beans. We rang reception at 130am as next room guests were too loud and they resolved it. Close to JR train and bus station. Happy to recommend. Hotel tried their best to help make our stay comfortable.

Stayed after a visit to Furano by car rental. You can go to the sights on foot right next to the platinum waterfall. There is also a locker with a key with a hot spring, so I could take a bath with a smartphone or a room key. The room I stayed with 4 people was a large room with a bed x 2 + futon x 2, and the view from the window was good. Ice put in the water tube was also available at the front desk and was also helpful for the heat countermeasure. It was a pity that I saw the next building from the western style open-air bath. The Japanese style open-air bath was good with the view of the white cherry forest.

Breakfast buffet, Japanese and Western style. Dinner is a fixed meal, the content is very rich, it takes about time to eat. At dinner, they will go to the room to help with the tatami. This time we set up two rooms with the children. The room for 2 people and 3 people is the same size. A tatami room. The nearby Longxun Waterfall is a good place to walk. It is very close to Qingchi. The parking lot is very plentiful, but the hotel is old, but the cleaning is very clean, the bathroom is super small, there is no problem in washing the bath, you can go to the hot spring place to take a bath, provide a variety of toiletries, hot springs inside and outside the pool, soaked in super comfortable, We are relieved of trip fatigue~

The room is relatively simple and plain, but the hot spring from Daisetsu Mountain attached to the hotel has clear and pure water, which is smooth and delicate after washing.

We wanted to hike to Mt. Asahidake during the Koyo (Fall foliage) season, and among the properties at the base of the mountain, La Vista Daisetsuzan appeared to be the highest end accommodation in the area. Both the outside and inside of the lodge are charming and rustic in appearance, but are definitely showing clear signs of age and wear. In fact, while taking a dip in the communal Onsen (natural hot springs) bath, I overheard two men remarking how the place was ”boro boro” (Japanese for ”really worn down.”) Thankfully, we were relieved to find that La Vista Daisetsuzan was at least quite clean, and did not exhibit the old, moldy smell that is commonplace in older properties. And the dining room seems to have been renovated - we enjoyed our dinner here (more on that in a moment.) We stayed in their ”Luxury Room,” the highest category unit that was a relatively spacious 56m² open-plan Junior Suite. Other rooms on premises are quite a bit smaller, but people used to staying in standard rooms at Marriott-class properties will be more than satisfied with these room types. La Vista Daisetsuzan has a communal, gender-segregated Onsen on site - there is both an indoor and open-air outdoor bath, which is appreciated, especially in the Winter months, given that you'll want to warm up in the indoor bath before jumping into the outdoor one. While we did not have breakfast at the property (we wanted to get an early start on our hike, and we're glad that we did - the sky is more clear and there are less crowds), we had the French-Japanese dinner. To say that the meal exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. We're in Hokkaido, and an hour from the nearest city (Asahikawa), yet every dish was creative, beautifully presented and a feast for the eyes and palate. Everything - from the tuna tartare to the mini quiche to the Foie Gras to the al dente pasta with mushrooms and broccoli - was a highlight. The only serving that did not hit the spot was the main (ocean-) fish dish. The fish was hard and dry - when you're in the center of Hokkaido, perhaps they should focus on other ingredients, or at least serve fish that are fine frozen (like Tuna) or that come from the nearby rivers or lakes. Overall, if we were to make a return trip to the area, we would be more than fine with staying again at La Vista Daisetsuzan. In no way is this a destination unto itself, but if our short but pleasant stay is any indication, it's a very solid higher-end option in Daisetsuzan. It definitely blows away the vast majority of lodges in U.S. National Parks, that's for sure!

My family particularly enjoyed the bath, and the attention to detail in the provided pajamas added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. While the buffet spread for both breakfast and dinner wasn't exactly fantastic, it was good enough to satisfy most guests. The variety was adequate, though there is room for improvement in terms of the selection offered. One of the highlights of our stay was waking up to the sounds of nature and the gentle breeze. The hotel's location is perfect for those looking to trek, hike, or simply enjoy the natural beauty of Daisetsuzan National Park. Overall, Higashikawa Asahidake Onsen Hotel Bear Monte offers a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the area, with spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, and a prime location near key attractions. I would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Mount Asahidake.

Excellent stay, the room was smaller than I expected but there were so many things to do outside the room it didn't bother us. 3 different private onsen and free popsicles. Dinner was Italian pasta at first but when I told the front desk that we don't fancy pasta and can't take it for the 3 dinners included in the stay, one staff kindly agreed to speak to the kitchen and offered us pizza instead. Thank you for her kindness. An earlier staff told us no change was possible and we were quite upset as we didn't expect to be eating Italian when visiting Japan. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the onsen and scenery. The staffs were really kind to consider our feedback.
