Our stay here was an experience. Unlike any other "hotel". Located spectacularly in the foothills of the pyrenees, accommodation consisted of little chalets scattered around a large area. Guests travel between the various facilities in golf carts. The restaurant was spectacular (view & food) but expensive. Breakfast was very good, also beautifully located

Tout était parfait : de la prise en charge en l’entrée du domaine jusqu’à la sortie du séjour. Les équipes sont hyper attentionnés et très professionnelles. Notre menu au restaurant du forfait Romantique : excellentissime, un 7 services sans faute !

Hôtel exceptionnel et féérique où les chambres sont aussi spacieuses qu'agréablement agencées. La vue est exceptionnelle et le personnel est extrêmement agréable et professionnel. En revanche, un restaurant bistronomique paresseux, qui se repose sur la réputation de sa formule gastronomique. Un service et des prestations qui n'ont pas réussis à s'aligner avec le rapport qualité/prix proposé. Grosse déception ayant entachée notre séjour qui était très proche de la perfection.

We were visiting for a wedding so were unable to make full use of the amenities and enjoy the surrounding area. For our purpose the hotel was a bit remote, but for those wanting a beautiful view and an experience of the wonderful surroundings the hotel is ideal. We were sorry not to have been able to make the most of it, but would recommend it and would stay again if we came to the Basque region.

Oui, c'est un endroit magnifique et isolé, les chambres sont excellentes et le personnel pour la plupart très agréable. MAIS, soyez prêt à être reçu dans le parking et transféré dans une voiturette de golf pour vous rendre à votre chambre, et on vous offrira de l'eau gratuite - c'est votre supposé accueil 5 étoiles. Et assurez-vous absolument de réserver le restaurant AVANT de réserver votre chambre, ou vous risquez de vous retrouver sans repas à l'heure du dîner car le restaurant est complet avant l'hôtel, et étonnamment pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il n'y a pratiquement pas de service de chambre. Gardez à l'esprit que ce bel endroit est en effet isolé sur de minuscules routes de montagne, je ne voudrais pas conduire la nuit après un bon repas. Chère Auberge Ostape, améliorez l'accueil et assurez-vous que vos invités sont toujours en mesure d'être bien nourris et ce serait effectivement 5 étoiles.

Globalement un vrai plaisir avec de très belles suites avec tout le confort souhaité. Des petits-déjeuners incroyables et excellents de produits frais, et locaux fait maison. Du très bien et de l'un peu moins bien au restaurant.
