Wunderbar, wir kommen wieder :)
Es war einfach wunderbar. Sehr freundliches Personal, super saubere und schöne Zimmer, sogar mit einem Duft, wenn man herein kommt. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und der Pool ist toll.

Wir hatten die Zimmerkategorie Luminosa gebucht. Vom 4. Stock hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und über den Pinienwald. Das Zimmer ist stilvoll gestaltet. Die Betten hatten Einzelmatratzen und waren als Paar nicht kuschelig. Das Bad war sehr klein und die Dusche sehr eng. Wir haben vor der Anreise um einen Strandplatz möglichst nahe am Meer gefragt. Zu unserer Verwunderung bekamen wir einen Platz in der vorletzten Reihe zugeteilt. Es waren genügend freie Liegen weiter vorne vorhanden. Von so weit hinten hatten wir keine Sicht auf das Meer und für unseren Geschmack waren die Abstände zu den Nachbarschirmen zu knapp. Die Rezeption ist auf unser Anliegen NICHT eingegangen. Auch in anderen Fragen, wurde auf Sonderwünsche sehr ablehnend reagiert. So konnten wir zwei Tage unsere Strandtücher nicht tauschen, da der beschriebene Stand bei der Poolbar nicht aufgebaut war. Bei der Rezeption glaubte man uns das nicht und wir wurden weggeschickt, ohne einen Lösungsvorschlag zu erhalten. Die größte Enttäuschung war für uns als Vegetarier das Abendessen. Außer dem Salat gab's nicht wirklich Alternativen: die Nudelsuppe war nicht abgeschmeckt, die Kartoffel waren zu ölig, sehr weich u. nicht frisch, die Antipasti waren sehr fischlastig, sogar das Nachspeisenbuffet war nicht gut (sehr chemisch gesüßt). Wir sind zum Abendessen nicht mehr hingegangen, als unser Nachbartisch abserviert wurde u. der Kellner mit einem sehr stark riechenden Putzspray auch unser Essen einsprühte. Auf unseren Einwand erhielten wir nur ein kurzes Sorry. Vielleicht ist unsere Erfahrung dem Saisonende geschuldet... wir hatten eher das Gefühl eines fehlenden Managements. Die Rädchen der einzelnen Bereiche greifen nicht richtig ineinander.... Das Hotel hat zwar eine tolle Lage, aber ist für das Gebotene vieeeel zu teuer, das Essen nicht auf vegetarische Kost ausgerichtet und der Umgang mit Beschwerden bzw. Problemchen nicht existent bzw. man wird alleine gelassen, daher keine Empfehlung!

L'hotel è molto bello con una posizione invidiabile; ha un buffet a colazione strepitoso e alcuni servizi sono ottimi. Manca completamente di flessibilità e buon senso in piccole cose che però, visto il costo richiesto, infastidiscono molto

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer werden jeden tag gründlich gereinigt und man bekommt auch täglich frische strandtücher.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Balkon, Safe, Minibar alles vorhanden.
Am Strand sind zwei XXL - Liegen und ein Schirm für jedes Zimmer reserviert. Zudem ist ein Safe vorhanden - sehr praktisch.
Es können kostenfrei Fahrräder ausgeliehen werden. Mit diesen ist man in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum.
Frühstück war sehr gut, Halbpension würden wir nächstes Mal nicht mehr nehmen, da überwiegend Fisch angeboten wird. Alternativen kaum vorhanden, als Vegetarier daher sehr sehr schwierig.

I servizi sono stati tutti eccellenti camera Luminosa bellissima sempre pulita ogni giorno Spiaggia bellissima Piscina accogliente sia per i bambini che per gli adulti Ristorazione top Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Accueil convivial et hautement professionnel dans un très beau complexe hôtelier. Tout est mis en œuvre pour vous sentir en vacances ;) Buffets copieux et très variés notamment pour le repas du soir Plage sécurisée avec emplacement réservé Venise à 1h30 en voiture + 35min de bateau Très bon séjour Fuyez le jacuzzi mais détendez-vous aux sauna et hammam en toute confiance et en profitant d'un bain de soleil

We spend a week in Laguna park and I can highly recommend this place. Positives: - private beach with assigned sun beds and lockers plus beautiful flowers is absolutely top - hotel pool always has a place with towel service and bar for cold beer - in general hotel is not crowded at all. NO need to fight for space at the pool or table in the restaurant - food in restaurant and selection of wines is excellent. What i liked in particular is that you have your table assigned for the entire stay and no need to fight for space as in may other establishments. If you do not finish your wine it is brought to you next time - rooms are super clean (2x a day) and have a wonderful sea view. coffee machine in every room only makes it even better Areas to improve: - You go to Italy to enjoy Italian lifestyle everywhere except... check-in. It is simply too long and too cumbersome. When I make a reservation I already give all my details (phone, email etc.) and when I check-in I have to do it again. All I want from check-in process is to provide my ID, credit card and sign on the doted line. It should take no longer than 3 minutes. What makes it also painfull is that cars block the driveway entire time. Guests should be able to go to garage first and then check-in. But this is rather an issue f the process rather then people. The staff (Annaly) at reception is super professional and kind and that gives you a comfort you are in 5* hotel. - Drinks for breakfast and Dinner. It is confusing at the beginning that you should wait for waiter to offer you drinks rather than self service (like for food). I do not mind paying for drinks for dinner but it should be included in information. Other wise we looked waiter in the eyes awkwardly not knowing what to do. It was funny experience but information upfront should resolve this Overall excellent hotel (definitely not for types that enjoy Turkish ultra all inclusive). Quality of service, food and amenities leads to self selection of guests and that what makes this place exceptional.

Tutto perfetto...location,pulizia,camere , spiaggia e servizi. Unico appunto: il maitre dovrebbe evitare di riprendere i camerieri a voce alta davanti agli ospiti in sala....di cattivo gusto oltre che poco professionale. Da consigliare
