Wow, what an incredible hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are wonderful too, they worked their socks off to make our stay so amazing. The location is a little out of town but for that you get peace and quiet. We’re go back there in a heartbeat. Loved it

Un cadre luxueux, raffiné et rare dans une bulle de calme et de volupté. Les œuvres d’art et design dans les couloirs et chambres en font un petit musée! La déco est léchée et réfléchie et sublime les instants de repas et de détente. Les chambres sont apaisantes. On se relaxe à la piscine chauffée et originale au soleil ou sous les voiles. Le temps ralentit, on se fait surprendre à chaque détour! Les nuits sont douces et calmes. On se réveille pour un déjeuner sur la terrasse grandiose. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et professionnel, ce qui est rare! La petitesse de ce 5 étoiles qui reste indépendant rend le charme et l’atmosphère authentique. En dehors du brouhaha du centre, dans un des quartiers résidentiels historiques de la ville, en 5 min à la plage. Une pépite!

Beaumanoir, Biarritz Une belle ancienne écurie avec seulement 8 chambres. Une longue table à manger incroyable, probablement pour 16 personnes et nous aimerions y prendre le petit-déjeuner, mais cet endroit vient de se vendre hors de toute proportion. Un minibar dans la chambre rempli uniquement de champagne résume tout. Que faire si l'on a soif après minuit quand on ferme la réception ?! Clairement pas trop content d'être fréquenté par deux cyclistes car nous avons eu un accueil plutôt étouffant et un refus catégorique de ranger nos vélos à 8 000 £ sous couverture ou en toute sécurité malgré le fait que nous serions vraiment coincés s'ils étaient volés ! Malheureusement, nous sommes partis avec deux chaînes de vélo très rouillées car il pleuvait à verse. La piscine, une piscine pour la nage en longueur de 25 m, était vraiment la raison pour laquelle nous avons réservé cet endroit. Régies par un énorme canard en plastique jaune aussi dépaysant que risible, les transats sont aussi inconfortables que la piscine ressemble à un kit de bricolage ! Une déception…

We only spent one night at Beaumanoir, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about this place was perfect. The rooms were full of thoughtful details. The hotel is set up like an 1800s manor but saved from being stodgy by many whimsical touches. For example, there is a giant rubber duck by the pool and a suspended statue of a diver has floaties on his arms. We were put in the gorgeous, huge suite with our kids - we had an opulent king bed, there was a well-appointed living room between, and then two twin beds in the kids' room. The hotel serves a lovely breakfast - either continental or ala carte. There is an extensive Moet champagne bar. The rooms have fully stocked bars. The amenities are luxury and the hotel also offers spa services. The staff was friendly, helpful, and absolutely top-notch from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The hotel is a few minutes outside of town by car. Having spent a few hours in town for dinner and the next day, shopping and at the beach, I would highly recommend taking advantage of the reprieve this hotel offers from the noise and crowds. Music from a concern was blasting in town until late at night and we were very happy to have a nice, quiet place to return to. Worth every penny.
