Everything was excellent. Specially the staff at reception were very cooperative and loyal which is the main attraction to the customers coming from outside. Attendants were also punctual to respond. Wishing all the best. Thanks to all.

Service was not good and bathroom was very small and dirty. No choice in breakfast. Same dish is repeated daily. Overall not good. As per tariff Travel desk not working properly demanding high payment and denied pickup drop 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Reached here on 3rd of Dec 2024 with the cricket team of 23 individuals . And stayed here for a month. Mr Deepak who is manager here ,welcomed us grandly. The rooms are super comfy and well maintained with excellent housekeeping service. Mr Deepak is a superhero for us as he saved our day as we travelled to puri for visiting jaganath temple, and as players were with us we were avoiding street foods . He was very quick to come up with a solution as he arranged lunch for us in empire puri. Felt extremely grateful that Mr Deepak went out of way to help us when we needed medical assistance for our manager who felt sick. He actually accompanied us to hospital. Empire puri really stand tall on the words Athiti devo bhawa.

Awesome ambience, excellent food and staffs. Arun Ji is always accessible and there for us through out the stay. Loved the complimentary breakfast, taste are amazing, specially I loved Dalma and Gulab Jamun. They have separate rooftop swimming pools for kids and adults. Interior of rooms are exotic

The front office & lobby look good. The restaurant is small but food is decent. The rooms are old style with old furniture. The rooms and washrooms need a lot of maintenance

bad service hotel
reception staff are with fixed mind, they are not happy with the online booking. room was very old, poorly maintained property. Aircon was ineffective, we have used table fan in to the room

The Ambience of the hotel is very good and attractive . staffs are very supportive and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean . All the facilities are good. Staffs are easily accessible and attentive . Overall the stay was very good and memorable .

First the Upsides: The Housekeeping and Restaurant Staff are prompt in their services with a personal touch. Epsecially appreciate the housekeeping department who went of the way for urgent laundry delivery. Downsides: the upkeep of the rooms needs to improve (example, the bathroom fixtures need to be fixed) The staff at the FO needs to be trianed better. Lastly: they have mentioned in many places like the stationary "A four star hotel" Beg to differ!
