Had a great lunch in Zaika by Pal Heights. Much appreciated the staff service by the hotel staffs, especially by Munawar Chef & Aliva. Enjoyed my food to the fullest. Ambience is good and not so crowded. The outlet is looking good with some old aesthetics touch around. All thanks to the entire team of Zaika. Might visit soon.

Front office miss puja nice girl, the cook Sandeep did an amazing job - food was really good. First room was dirty, sticky, moist and no WiFi. But after we asked they immediately changed the room. This room was better :) however everything was still a little sticky and the bedsheets not 100% clean. Overall we had a nice experience here, and all the service people gave it their very best.

Good ambience, Very good staff. Ms. Puja, Mr. Jena have done best possible for me Good spread of breakfast, I felt homely atmosphere. House keeping staff is quick in service Resturant services is good Room is specious and Beds are comfortable

Pal heights hotel is a really good hotel with friendly staffs, comfortable stay and perfect location! Pooja, front office staff assisted us with everything we needed and lovely buffet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting bhubaneswar for a comfortable stay
