The entire staff was amazing. Indranil and all the staff at the restaurant were simply exceptional. The nurse who helped with my toddler’s injury was one of the best. She even came to our room the next day to check and remove the bandage. The spa masseuse was great as well. Overall an amazing place !!

I WITH MY FRIENDS IN TOTAL 9 OF US VISITED CLUB MAHINDRA, NETRANG BETWEEN NOV 11 TO 14, 2024. IT WAS EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY FROM ENTIRE RESORT TEAM. WE APPRECIATE SUPERB SERVICES WITH SMILLING FACE FROM THE FRONT DESK TEAM NAMELY KULDEEP, INDRANI, RAVINA, AVIKA, BIJOY, etc. WE HAD A REALLY NICE TIME IN DINING SECTION WITH DELECIOUS FOOD AND EXCELLENT PERSONAL ATTENTION WITH ALWAYS SMILLING FACE OF DINE TEAM RAHUL, DHEERAJ, NIKKI, BIDISHA AND THE CHEF. OVERALL, WE HAD VERY NICE TIME AND BEST HOSPITALITY FROM ENTIRE CLUB MAHINDRA, NETRANG TEAM. VERY SUPPORTIVE AND VERY POSITIVE. Stay at Club Mahindra Netrang was a very pleasing experience. A beautiful soothing place far away from hustle & bustle , wonderful hospitality in line with Club Mahindra standards. Moreover the front desk manager Dheeraj was very helpful in helping out with my stay arrangement . Last but not the least , the food was good too... A must visit place with your family.

The best resort I had ever gone. The jungle safari was good and also the ape adventure land was fun. Staff was also good. Food was fresh and tasty. The resort activities were amazing. Best place to visit with family and for a small break. Overall The whole trip was worthit.

The best experience at Club Mahindra Netrang was with the event management team led by Mr. Ajit Kumar. He set an example by doing his job whole heartedly and judiciously. The funfilled games and dances kept the audience fully gripped until the end of every evening. The next best staff was housekeeping, very quick and responsive. Rohan offered the best room cleaning services. Urvashi at the reception area was very prompt with guiding us to different areas within the resort. Jignesh was vigilant at the pool side. The only thing that may need improvement is the restaurant. It kind of lacks the service. Food isn't upto the right taste. Gujarati thali wasn't tasting like one. A la carte food seemed to get better only after few rounds of repetitive prompt feedback. Nevertheless, the bread made out of bajra and jowar was perfect. Ritik and Manish offered the best response and service. Overall, good place to sleep, eat, repeat, thereby unwind & relax.
