disappointing stay – poor room condition and service
i recently stayed at hotel maggo, bharatpur, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. the 3 rooms that were given to us were in poor condition cleanliness, maintenance problems, smell bad. it was clear that the room had not been properly maintained, which made our stay uncomfortable.
additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. i found the staff to be unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. when we raised the issues with my room, the staff did not seem interested in addressing them, and i felt my concerns were dismissed rather than resolved.
overall, the lack of care in room upkeep and poor customer service handling made this stay unpleasant. i hope the management will improve both their room conditions and their approach to guest service, as i believe these changes would greatly enhance the guest experience..

They give false information regarding your free breakfast and dinner. If book your hotel including breakfast and dinner then they will provide 200 rs. Food only. Also they will not tell you that you can only order under 200. When you checkout you have to pay extra for it. These things also not mentioned in the description.

Slippery Bathroom. one of us fell down in bathroom. To small. Water flowing outside bathroom. No hot water in washbasin. No room heater.
No tea, coffee, hot pot in room

Unhygiene, mismanaged, least hospitality, super bad stay are few of the adjective we can use for other traveller. We were 2 family reserved this hotel and both felt so sad that we decided not to believe on mm t user ratings. When any one is looking for the family suite then definitely they are traveling either with old parents or kids. But what we found :
1. No packaged drinking water were provided. 2. They charged us every time we requested for boiling kids milk. 3. Dinner or lunch is provided but deluxe thali which hardly have any quality food. 4. Tv remotes not working. 5. Toilet is ucleaned, small and geyser don't have connection with wash basin. 6. Location is good. 7. Very few staff is good in behaving.
