The owner was friendly and helpful. The location is good and there are taxis nearby. The room has a bad view but is clean. No shampoo, hair dryer, or air conditioner. There was hot water even in the early morning. Everything is perfect at this price.

Subha guest House is an amazing place to stay in Bhaktapur. Is really centric, just 1 min tu pottery square and the Durbar square. The team work is a lovely local family, really helpful and kind. The room was really clean and comfortable, with fan and hot water, and also, has a nice terrace on the roof top. Price is around 1000-1200 NRP Definitely a great choose!! Thanks for everything

This guest house is in a fantastic location! It is right between Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Pottery Square- you can walk to many attractions and it is very easy to find. It is also in a very beautiful area, the surrounding architecture is very pretty and intricate. I could recommend it based on the area alone, but the staff was also very nice! On my last day in Bhaktapur, I went for a morning trek that ended up taking all day and I was not able to get back and check out in time. He worked with me over the phone and make the whole ordeal much less stressful. When I got back, he organized transportation for me and everything to my next destination. There is also a very nice café right across the road that serves very good coffee and has the absolute sweetest baristas! The room and attached bathroom was very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of outlets, there is water in the room, and the hot water in the shower works well. I would recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Bhaktapur!

We had booked for 5 nights and paid a week before the hotel opposite the Subha... Surprise, it was closed, and apparently for a long time... The neighbor called Mohan, the owner of the Subha, who told us be able to make arrangements with the owner of the booked hotel... but closed since Covid! His warm welcome, the visit to a large and very clean room with an impeccable bathroom convinced us. We did well: Mohan and his wife prepared breakfasts for us to our liking, including famous pancakes and jojodhu, and made mineral water, boiling water available... And remained very attentive to all our requests (water stations). bus, taxi reservation, printing of documents) No garden, but a pleasant roof-top for breakfast. We really recommend Subha Guesthouse.
