La struttura si trova in aperta campagna, e già questo è un punto di forza. Pace e tranquillità coccolano la permanenza; ka stanza è ampia, con cucina e spazi ampi e abitabili. La piscina è un valore aggiunto, d'estate è un plus non da poco. inoltre è a 4 passi dal centro di Bevagna, borgo molto carino da visitare. Unica pecca: la colazione! Non degna di un residence di questo tipo, e di conseguenza del costo giornaliero. Portata da un bar esterno, tutto contato. una brioche, un caffè (o meglio, una cialda da farsi, pane 4 fette in 2.) Con lo spazio a disposizione si potrebbe fare MOOLTO meglio.

Ottima accoglienza e grande disponibilità con tutte le mie richieste. Posizione ottima, il giardino e la piscina sono stati molto apprezzati visto il caldo. Torneremo sicuramente. Molto bello il mercato delle gaite, una bella esperienza anche con i bambini

Ci siamo fermati solo 3 notti per il mercato delle Gaite( fantastico) Posizione strategica, 3 minuti a piedi dal borgo, 5 dal centro storico... Stanze grandi e pulite, bellissimo parco per gli ospiti e piscina per rigeneratsi dopo il viaggio e le gite. Personale cortese ed attento Grazie!

Beautiful and well-kept structure. Apartment composed of a living room with a perfectly equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Well heated. Enclosed space for our little dog. Breakfast served in the room with punctuality and courtesy. Waking up in front of a beautiful, well-kept green lawn is relaxing and pleasant. Valuable information on the area from the manager, a friendly, helpful and discreet person.

Warm, clean and welcoming, Gianluca very friendly and helpful but the structure is dated and the bathrooms need to be renovated. The kitchen without basic necessities (not even a tea/coffee bag), the bathroom with just 2 bars of soap and two shower shampoo sachets).

Residenza Porta Guelfa, a very beautiful structure, a residence surrounded by greenery, a few meters walk for fantastic walks from the center of Bevagna. The location is excellent for reaching the villages and the most well-known Umbrian cities (Assisi, Perugia, Foligno, Rasiglia, Montefalco, Spello etc.). The rooms, spotless, spacious and with very comfortable beds, double bedroom bed with topper, Sky present (always in the bedroom), living room entrance with sofa bed (also very comfortable) and very comfortable kitchenette for cooking, kettle and coffee machine coffee, minibar, all in one cabinet. They both overlook the well-kept garden with lots of greenery. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and with a choice of a 5-pan menu (sweet and savory). Choice of tea, milk, coffee, juice, croissant (chocolate, custard, fruit jam forest or apricot), tart, yoghurt (flavours of your choice), rusks with jam, fruit, cold cuts, boiled egg, frankfurters. In each box each person can choose an option for their breakfast (STUNNING IDEA). Parking outside inside the residence, bicycles available for guests, Pet friendly, rides for children. We were welcomed by Gianluca, an exquisite and very kind person. He made us feel at ease straight away. If we return to Umbria, we will definitely return there. I highly recommend this place. I don't have any negative notes, I would be a liar to include any. Congratulations and thank you for everything, you made our Christmas magical. See you soon!

Un piccolo residence con tutti i confort. Pulitissimo e molto comodo per raggiungere le mete turistiche principali. Simpatico e disponibile Gianluca , che si prende cura con amore di questa bella struttura.

Un posto veramente tranquillo, ben curato, adatto anche ai nostri amici a 4 zampe.Appartamenti molto carini ed accoglienti, personale gentile e dispinibile.Da consigliare per qualche giorno di un sano relax! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Incantevole residence a circa 400 metri dal borgo di Bevagna, immerso nel verde e nel silenzio. Gli appartamenti sono confortevoli, non manca nulla per un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante. Ogni camera dispone di un piccolo angolo cottura. La colazione è portata in camera ogni mattina ed è abbondante e completa. La piscina è incantevole e ci si può rilassare al sole godendo di un paesaggio verde molto ben tenuto. Il signor Gianluca è una persona davvero cordiale e piacevole, sempre disponibile a dare informazioni. Consiglio questa residenza per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno di relax e di benessere
