The location is very convenient, with convenience stores, shops, restaurants, and even a night market all within walking distance. However, the hotel feels quite dated and does not really meet the expectations of a four-star hotel in terms of facilities and maintenance. The soundproofing is also poor. Another thing worth mentioning is that, despite being a hotel, there is surprisingly no luggage ramp at the entrance. Although there are only a few steps, it still feels somewhat inconsiderate for guests traveling with heavy suitcases. The hair dryer is very weak, so it takes a long time to dry long hair. I would recommend bringing your own. The Wi-Fi signal is also often weak and unreliable. Also, just a heads-up: the hotel keeps your passport as a deposit and returns it at check-out, which may be something some guests want to keep in mind.

Best location n hotel in betong...all famous food within walking distances

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect — within walking distance to most attractions. The only downside was the soundproofing, as we could hear noise from the next room. Overall, it was a good stay.

Stayed here a few times. The location is great, but parking can be a bit inconvenient. Although there is a parking area, during my recent visit there was an event going on, and the security was quite strict and asked us to come back later.
