A nice and decent hotel that exceeded my expectations! The view was absolutely superb, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well-designed and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
I have no complaints about this hotel at all. Its location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven within walking distance, which was very handy. If we ever return to Betong, this will definitely be my choice of hotel. Highly recommended!

I visited this grandview hotel again! I must say that their service is really good, and there are Chinese-speaking staff at the counter, so the whole communication is also very smooth. In addition, there are sofas in the lobby where you can sit down and chill, and there are tables and chairs where you can have a drink with friends. It is also suitable for those with children, because there is a small playground next to the lift for them to play 😂 And the living environment actually feels very new. The only drawback is that the water in the bathroom is slow to flow. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to choose this hotel.

The counter staff seemed not very enthusiastic in providing service. Stayed for 5 nights and informed the housekeeper that the room had dust under the table in the corners of the room so that the housekeeper could fix it, but they didn't. There was still dust as usual.
The towels were old and stained.
The advantage is that the bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep on.

2nd time stay at this hotel. Asked for room facing the street but got a room facing old rotten building. Im not happy with it..
