Beautiful and super clean hotel. Honestly was surprise how nice and clean it was. Definitely the best holiday inn I’ve stayed in.

Start off with the negitives they are doing road construction so the road getting there is bumpy so watch out when you are drving in and out . Could be my location of room but you hear some road traffic nosie in the room like 18 wheelers jake brakes slowing them down or loud mufflers of automobiles .. so the windows are not sound proof.. i heard people runnign up and down the hall at 10pm at night so if you are light sleeper like i was wear earplugs to block out nosie ....Positive Staff was wonderful nice and helpful location was great for my needs... the room was very clean and smell clean.. the decor was nice the bed was cozy and comfortable ..i did not eat breakfest so i can not comment on that .. i will stay here again just have to buy earplugs to block out noise...

Hotel is new. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. All the people we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Parking lot was well lit, so felt safe. This hotel has the mounted dispensers for hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash and lotion. I would suggest that they at least have bar soap at the sink. I am not a fan of the dispensers, but that is a personal choice.

I had the worst experience. When I checked in, they told me my reservation was canceled and I needed to pay 300 dollars a night. I had a reservation and a reservation number. I drove 3 hours from another state to spend the night so my son could be well-rested for his basketball game tomorrow. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I will never go to this location again.
