I’m posting SEVERAL pictures. They say it ALL ! The Shower head and towel rack…. health department needs to get over there. When we checked in we were told it was the only room left. I didn’t believe it then and I still don’t. The room 303 should have never been rented out to ANYONE in the condition it was in . I was told a full refund would be given. It showed up , was pending & a week later that refund was withdrawn. I guess the owner truly doesn’t care about his guests or his business.

Great customer service and hospitality when I checked in on 12/3/2023 clean room and great location .and will gladly recommend this to my co workers and family.the hotel really care about the customers.

Not a very good room. it had 3 lamps and only one had a bulb. The smoke detectors were open with no batteries in them. We checked in on a Saturday evening and they were having an Alabama football game, so they price gouged us. A $98 room cost me $200. I won't be staying in another Quality Inn, Thanks anyway.

Smoke alarm went off at least 8 times randomly throughout the night for no reason. Cockroaches scattering when the light comes on! Can’t comment on the free breakfast we were too nauseous to eat after being in that disgusting room!
