Had an amazing 2 night break at Marshall Meadows. Our room was upgraded, beautiful big room, comfortable bed. All the facilities we needed. Staff are so friendly and every one of them gave perfect service. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Lovely coastal walks and places of interest nearby. We're looking forward to going back. Fab!!

I'm afraid the advertising of Meadow Suites' on the hotels website is extremely misleading. We booked one of these only to be allocated a 'pod' in the grounds with a shower over the toilet. Not ideal for a special stay and no warning ahead of time. Having emailed the general manager for a response several times only to be fobbed over I'd say there is a lack of customer service here at the top. Better options to book in the area.

Booked for lunch and discovered it was the first day of the Festive Menu. Decided to go for it and weren’t disappointed. Turkey, beef and chestnut loaf with all the trimmings for mains, Xmas pudding x2 and blue cheese & pear salad (from the starter menu!) for dessert. Great ingredients beautifully cooked, really good. Well looked after too.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. Our room was beautiful with bright decor and very good bathroom and perfect shower. Unfortunately I was unwell from before arrival to departure on our one night stay so I didn't really use the restaurant but the staff were very caring and helpful. I hope I can return when I am not under the weather.

What a fabulous hotel this is. My wife and I had Sunday lunch followed by an overnight stay including breakfast. The experience started before we even left home, with a courtesy call to welcome us. Sunday lunch was delicious and the staff were all very polite and professional. After checking in we were shown to our room, number 16. The room was fantastic, lovely walk in shower, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits. A large comfortable bed and an amazing sea view. All the staff were friendly and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was lovely, with everything you could imagine. Juice, tea, coffee, cereals, yogurts, toast and a choice of different cooked options. After breakfast we walked along the coastal path to the Scottish border, and then we walked South into Berwick again along the coastal path on the cliff tops. The views were stunning. All in all we loved our stay and look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Such a beautiful hotel In an Excellent location with Lovely coastline walks You get such a warm welcome from the staff they are so friendly and helpful Lovely atmosphere in the lounge areas and the restaurant with a great selection food on the menu . Bed was so comfortable and hot tub was an added bonus !!!

A warm welcome on arrival and we were shown how everything worked in our od and hot tub. Close to town centre for a quick drive there and back. The bed was comfy and hot tub was excellent and was in a very quiet area so extremely peaceful. Great sty

From the moment of arrival we were made to feel so welcome. All of the employees were so friendly & made us feel very special. We had been upgraded which was just perfect as it was a birthday treat for my partner. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay as did I. The food was fabulous. The accommodation was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. A quick taxi ride into Berwick. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Breakfast cooked to perfection. Views over the grounds perfect. A cliff top walk to the Scottish border is well worth it. Hotel also dog friendly.
