The hotel is very conveniently located, and most of Bern's famous attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a day ticket for Bern's public transportation, which can be used unlimited times. The room was spacious and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The reception was polite and enthusiastic. The guy who helped drive the car out also put two bottles of drinking water in the car. It was thoughtful.

The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

Wir wollten gerne einen Apéro in der Bar trinken, leider bis 16:00 geschlossen. In der Lobby haben wir dann zwei Glas Weisswein bestellt. Begleitet waren diese mit Oliven, leider nicht unser Favorit! Die Nachfrage nach etwas Salzigem wurde „wir haben nur das….“ verneint. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht….! Ja nu, es war und ist halt so!
