Excellent service. All staff very kindly. The room clean and the smell so good. Thank you for your service, breakfast so amazing with so many options. With beautiful city view I like stay in this hotel. Next time I will came back again with my family 😊

One night was booked in Wyndham Garden Hennigsdorf, we look forward to it. Even when checking at 16:00 on 09.04.22 we had to pay the booked double room immediately. We had not yet seen it. When asked why I had to pay immediately, I received no acceptable explanation. Probably we were trusted with something bad. The way to room 220 was designed with black tape. This was totally fussing and dirty. The bathroom was a waste stick, which was totally roasting from below. Just a reverse. A ceiling was not properly covered. “Thanks to this,” I saw the cover below with huge dark spots - it was awful, just incredible what was offered to me as guest. I immediately registered at the reception. I wanted to show my defects to the staff member personally, he said to be alone and cannot go away. He gave me the key for the 216. Our night in this was not beautiful, because constantly heard the wind blow through the room. It's indescribable because it was all night. On the next day we were told that the laminate in the room was due to it. The stay was very terrible and we were so happy that we could leave the hotel again after one night. Our findings have been photographed! Maybe someone wants to see it from the management. It is unimaginable that this house has 4 stars (2019 - June 2022). I haven't found these stars! I'll never put a foot in this house again.

Cheap and nice accomodation, with good location and nice staff, absolutely worth it. We had clean, simple and comfortable room. You can get plenty of free prospects of the local sights and programmes. They surprised us with a welcome drink, and after check out, for only 1€/bag, we could leave there our luggages till the departure of our flight in the evening (other left luggage stores in the city are for 2,5€/ hour...).

This is not my first time staying at A&O Berlin. I have been there prior and immediately after the pandemics too. During this time, the quality of the service has been steady and a good one. The staff rather amicable and prompt to help with any issue you may have. Sometimes things do not work as expected (coffee machine, contactless purchases) but they will guarantee your stay is a smooth one. Breakfast is abundant and provide several options. I only wish the coffee could be better, but all in all is not bad. Also, maybe rooms could do with a bit of cheering up colour, besides the ones provided by the curtains. What I like the most about this hostel is the consistency with the chain principles and the fact that you will find all you need for a good stay, even tissues!

I went to this hotel for a mid-week vacation with my lovely daughter. With an UBER it was about 10 Euro to get to the hotel. Check-in was smooth, the older man behind the desk wasnt overly friendly but rather efficient and that was fine. We paid the tourist-tax and got one room-key for our room. We paid online about 80 Euro a night and we got a room with three beds at the back. The room was clean and simple. A desk with a big-screen TV, a shower-room with a toilet and a wash-basin. The shower was ok but we didnt like the shower-curtains. Also the water would be warm for about five minutes but it didnt bother us. Everyday cleaning with new linen and towels. In the morning you can have breakfast but you have to pay for it. We didnt use it. The hotel is set conveniently in the middle of Berlin near Kurfurstenstrasse and Dam. Near the U-Bahn and busses.

An excellent place to stay right next to the subway stop so very accessible to all parts of the city. Only 2 stops away from Checkpoint Charlie too. Room is very comfortable and cosy. All the staff were friendly and there is a nice bar in the hotel.

Changed to this hotel due to it's location. It's a few minutes walk from the sub way and 40 minutes walk to Aleksandraplatz

Next to HB Biergarten and Alexandraplatz Station. Good spread for breakfast, however, the menu barely change over 7 seven days. Just be aware that there are no amenities (toothbrush, kettle, fridge, cup for hot beverages), so do bring your own. Wifi connectivity is excellent throughout the hotel. Avoid arriving on Sunday, as most shops will be closed.

This is great if you stay in Berlin for a few days. It’s good that public transport is right outside the hostel. It’s a bit far from the main city so you will have to get a few public transport to get there. The beds are squeaky but comfortable enough. The television is in German which is expected. There is no rooms with a shower or toilet in them, so you will have to walk to the shower and toilet. It is a shared bathroom. You will need to give separate deposit if you need towels and utensils and to wash and dry your clothes. The deposit can only be made in cash. There are no bins in the room but the rooms do have a fridge and a locker and a table and chairs. The hostel is great for sleeping and then leaving the next day to do activities.

It's great that there is now the IntercityHotel next to the Steigenberger directly at the terminal 1/2 of the BER. It was opened only mid January 2023. The rooms are modern, practical and chic, like the most new or renovated Intercity Hotels. The staff is very friendly and engaged, some processes must certainly engage in a new team. You are just a few minutes walking distance from the terminal at the check-in, as well as at the airport train station with remote, regional and S-rail transport. Breakfast is available from 6:00 a.m., the light is available in the restaurant, there is a variety of breakfast offer. After my not so great stay in the nearby Steigenberger, the IntercityHotel Airport BER is recommended. I just hope guests will not confuse it too often with the IntercityHotel at the Schönefeld train station, the names of the two hotels is certainly not so great.
