I knew things were odd the second I had trouble finding the door. The hotel is located in a shopping centre - so points for metro connection and being right on top of bars and a movie theatre, despite this leading to a good bit of noise during the night. Points deducted for everything else. Despite traveling for business and my company having paid for my trip, the rude man at the front desk tried to make me pay out of pocket for my room until I showed him the confirmation emails from my company. As for my room, it had the size of a North American dorm room, enough cigarette burns in the wall to make an ash try blush, and - as a nice touch - the hairdryer dangling into the shower (though, this was rectified by putting it back on its convenient shelf). On a personally opiniated note, the furnishings were also rather drab, giving all the stylistic trappings of, at least to me, crippling depression. The carpet had odd stains on it that I dare not try to identify, and I dared not walk around barefoot. The cherry on top was when I tried to check out the next morning, only to find nobody at the desk and not even a key drop present. After waiting around for half an hour, I dropped my key and a small note on the front desk, which is quite literally a small desk in the middle of a cramped hallway. Truly an experience I won't forget, and one that makes me happy I am staying at a different hotel for my second night in Berlin!

This is by far the worst „Hotel“ I have seen. It is very dirty and the staff is unprofessional. It is a rip off. They first take your money and after showing you the rooms they will not refund you. To sleep here could be dangerous for your health. I would suggest other real hotels nearby.

In July, my group stayed at a hotel, and in my 23 years of experience in tourism, I have never witnessed such a disaster. Mistakes can always happen, but the impoliteness displayed by the hotel's representative (PIC) in their attitude and conversations clearly demonstrated their lack of respect for their profession. It was truly incredible that no preparations were made for the group on the day of arrival, despite the group consisting of 55 people, and they were kept waiting in the lobby for over two hours. It was only when the person in charge of the hotel arrived that they informed us we could proceed with the check-in. I could never understand why individuals lacking sensitivity, professional ethics, and even the ability to apologize to the group were involved in the tourism sector. I sincerely hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for the hotel management to reassess their operations, training, and the individuals they employ. As travelers, we rely on hotels to provide us with comfort, hospitality, and a positive experience. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel fell far short of these expectations

Just awful, unclean, small and extremely loud music all night. Close, my recommendation. Carpet, walls, curtains and bathroom all dirty and the icing on the cake was the music. 3 star hotel, that's a joke.

Our booked rooms were simply canceled by phone the day before. If we don't want to sleep in the hallway, we shouldn't arrive. In February we booked 2 double rooms there and also got the confirmation and the ok for the period. One evening before arrival the telephone cancellation that the hotel was fully booked. Cheeky.

From a well-run hotel to a tavern! You can hardly put it into words. The "hotel" is noisy and dirty. As a greeting, a fat, drunk person came up to us in the hallway on the 2nd floor and drummed on his bare stomach. Loud belching echoed down the hall. It's very noisy at night! There is hammering on doors and yelling at them! At night a drunk lies in the hallway and sleeps. Later I noticed that everyone can go to the hotel! Simply use the elevator to get to the 2nd floor and you're in the house undisturbed. Furniture, carpet, bathroom - everything dirty and stained! Pictures available !! Noooooooo again❗️
