The price is cheap, the location is good, and it is close to the subway station. However, the service attitude is not good. If you don't mind, you can stay. The heating in the room is sufficient and it is very quiet. If you care about convenience, I recommend staying. If you care about the service attitude, it is recommended to take a detour.

Although it is an old hotel, it is very clean. It is very close to the subway and bus station, and there are many free parking spaces. The breakfast is good. The rooms on one side are close to the railway and there is some noise, while the other side is relatively quiet.

I stayed here for five days and although the location and the room itself are pretty nice, the services included are quite lacking. For the entirety of my stay, the wi-fi was not working (except for a couple of odd hours in odd places at the hotel) and the staff could not care less about that fact. In general, most of the reception staff is quite unhelpful and although not rude, certainly not welcoming either. Breakfast was pretty decent, however not included in the price of the room. But, you do get a nice selection for 12 Euros. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you simply need a clean place with hot water while in Berlin.
