Really liked this hotel. You can catch a lot of trains from this location. Easy access to different parts of the city. The interior is a bit basic so more appropriate for a business traveler but pretty clean. Overall I’m happy with my stay. The staff were always helpful and gave me some great tips.

Paid in full when booked .On check in and check debited me full amount again, with no apology. Breakfast wait 10-25 mins every day and very poor buffet with no hot food as always empty. Booked double room and had to press hotel as put in twin.TERRIBLE

Sehr schönes, eher individuelles und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, jungen Personal. Grandioser Saunabereich mit Dachterrasse und Blick zum Potsdamer Platz, bei dessen Aufpreis ich aber schon etwas zu Trinken dort erwarte.

Gepflegtes, modernes Hotel mit ,märchenhaften Ambiente‘! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Service aufmerksam und zugewandt. Das Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse genossen.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Modern, stylish, clean and well situated. We had a corner room on the 7th floor with a small balcony patio. Room had sufficient space, nice bathroom with walk-in shower, and a comfortable bed for 2. The rooms were well insulated from noise and the AC unit was quiet. Originally we booked the room without breakfast, but after we saw what was on the offering we asked the hotel to add breakfast to our rate. The breakfast was very nice with many choices. Definitely a good hotel for a weekend visit to the city centre. We parked our car on the street as it was cheaper than the garage next door. After 18:00 on Saturday the street parking is free until Monday morning.

Echt een fijn hotel! We hadden gevraagd om een kamer op een hoog gelegen verdieping, en kregen er 1 op de bovenste (7e) etage. We hadden een kamer met 2 aparte bedden geboekt. Heel fijn bed en zowel een zacht als een wat harder kussen. Badkamer functioneel en netjes, lekkere douche. Ook hadden we een balkon. Je kan met 5 minuten wandelen bij een metro station zijn. Voor nog geen tientje koop je een kaartje dat 24 uur geldig is. Ook zijn er veel elektrische steps die je kan huren. Het hotel zelf verhuurt ook scooters voor een schappelijke prijs. Ontbijt hadden wij bijgeboekt en daar hebben we geen spijt van. Vlakbij is nog een moderne biergarten die zeer sfeervol is. Naar checkpoint Charlie is het ongeveer een kwartier lopen. Locatie is centraal maar niet te druk. Ik kan niet echt iets verzinnen wat ze beter kunnen doen.
