I really enjoyed my stay at Wil7. The service was communicative, kind, and accommodating. The room was basic but had almost everything I needed. It was clean, quiet, and I enjoyed that it felt like a small studio apartment. Overall, the other guests were mostly older (50s+) and everything was very quiet. I would recommend staying here to solo travelers or older couples who need a good home base while exploring Berlin. It's centrally located and only a 5-10 minute walk from multiple metro stations.
One thing I will note is that if you have to check in outside of the front desk working hours, your keys will be left in a lock box and it can be a bit confusing to find your room (as the hotel is located in the same building as residential housing). The desk provided instructions for me, so just be sure to read these before arriving so you don't get lost.

First class hotel with super friendly staff and excellent facilities - just a little bit different - highly recommended. Rooms are big and well equipped, very clean and breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is very 'boutique' and I would so much recommend it more than a 'chain' one. Good location, close to everything.

Spacious rooms, beautifully decorated and with super high ceilings! Great location - 10mins walk to Checkpoint Charlie and 5 mins from the U-Bahn. Breakfast is definitely worth it too! Amazing service levels and the loveliest people work there. Can’t recommend highly enough!

The breakfast is absolutely exquisite!!!! I loved my room--the bright yellow walls, the comfortable bed, the desk and lamps, the lovely tea and coffee offerings in the room. A gem of a hotel.

Great walkable location but also lots of bikers and scooters around for longer journeys. Room was well appointed apart form the bed. It’s two singles and we were a couple. The floor is polished wood so the beds kept slipping apart which was annoying.

WIl7 is a wonderful old historic building that survived darker times. Our room was very nice with big beautiful old windows, very open & spacious with a comfortable bed & bedding! The breakfast in the morning was lovely and Stephen and his staff were very attentive and helpful! Easy to get an Uber from this location to anywhere in the city, and near so many great sites, restaurants & museums. If you like Boutique hotels this is a gem.
