The room is not big, but clean. The water in the shower is not smooth. The hotel service is nothing special. There is a shopping mall below the hotel, which is more convenient for shopping and eating.

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern und bieten alles, was man braucht. Auch für Gepäck und Kleidung ist genug Platz. Das Bad ist sauber und die Dusche ist wunderbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden bei unserem nächsten Spandau-Trip wieder hier übernachten.

Room stank of feet, towels frayed they’re so old, pillows an inch thick, rude staff, just run down and dingy, def not an 8.0 on Hotels not even remotely close. Only book if you’re getting off a train really late and you need a 50M walk to a nearby hotel and skip out the next am.

Wir hatten angefragt, ob wir einen Parkplatz reservieren können, worauf wir keine Antwort erhalten haben.
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ging so.
Ein neuer Teppich oder anderer Bodenbelag würden dem Zimmer gut tun.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles da, was man sich so wünscht.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Keine 5 min vom Bahnhof und U Bahn weg.

Wir waren zum Konzert auf der Waldbühne für eine Nacht. Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof Spandau. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
