Cbh Nailcote Hall Hotel Golf and Country Club

It was a nice big room, the bed with four-poster. The receptionists were doing their job properly. We only stayed one night, did not use all the facilities, such as bar, swimming or gym which there were available, only the restaurant. The bed is too soft, my husband was sank into it. He did not have a good night sleep.

A very enjoyable stay, we were upgraded to a larger room with the dogs. We ate at the hotel as it was late and we had driven many miles. The menu was limited, we were only permitted to eat in the bar with the dogs…however the bar was full so we were left stood in the corridor, thankfully management provided a solution of another room. You can eat in your room however there is an extra cost for this. Not great areas outside for walking the dogs and no poo bins. An enclosed safe area would be a great option as the main road is close to the hotel.

We stayed at Nailcote Hall for a Bob Marley tribute night, having never visited before, we were really looking forward to it. We were not disappointed, the hotel is stunning, all the staff were very polite and attentive, our room was in the old part of the hotel on the ground floor, our room was a very good size, well decorated and had everything we needed (iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, safe) The tribute night was very very good, well organised, and the food was lovely (Carribbean themed) hot and served very well, the staff were polite and organised. The tribute act himself was very good, we really enjoyed our night, drank, danced and sang. Breakfast was served very well, even though there was a very large wedding taking part in the hotel, the staff continued to ensure the guests having breakfast had everything they needed in a timely manner. All in all we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Nailcote Hall, especially to a tribute night Thank you

To start it was a positive visit. Golf course was great and use of spa facilities free. Unfortunately our room was red hot. The radiator was stuck on and I burnt my hand on it. I did inform reception but they weren’t interested and took an age to move rooms. (After I chased them up) The new room had lots of issues with burn marks on carpets, broken light switches, stains and paint falling off the walls. I work as a safety professional and have genuine concerns about some of the issues. We’d had enough but couldn’t find anywhere else to move to. Postives were the on site restaurant was fantastic and the room service brekky was on time Guess 20 years ago this place was amazing but it needs some investment and TLC. Plus customer service training for the blonde lady on reception!!!!

Beautiful Hotel food is amazing and the Par 3 Course is superb would definitely recommend would suggest requesting to stay in the main building as if weather is inclement it’s a walk in the rain to breakfast and dinner. That said our suite was lovely and clean. Had a very relaxing stay.

Great weekend with friends , nice little golf course , excellent restaurant and the staff all very friendly.. Rooms a little dated but comfortable enough , the TV in the bar is in an odd location but only minor tweaks required.. will go back again

Very nice room with comfortable beds. The reception staff and gym/pool staff were very friendly and helpful. We spend plenty of time in the pool, steam room and jacuzzi. We ate in the hotel restaurant on one of our two nights and it was lovely. We went into Balsall Common the second night for a change of menu and ate at a very nice Indian restaurant. The only down side was that the wifi was no good at all in our room. I was with my sister who had an online meeting one evening. The staff could not fix the issue but they found her another space within the hotel where she could get wifi and join her meeting.
