Son emplacement sur la Grand-Place est pratique pour se promener en ville par contre l'accès en voiture est compliqué voir impossible... Le parking de l'hôtel est à 23 € la nuit, un peu cher . La ville n'est pas très grande il suffit de se garer sur les extérieurs et de venir à pied quand les bagages sont déposés. Le personnel à l'accueil est sympathique et très serviable pour vous aider dans vos différentes démarches. La chambre donnait sur une petite rue donc pas de vue sur ville. Elle était annoncée comme une suite de 35m2 ,je pense que ça n était pas le cas . Café et thé disponibles dans la chambre mais même pas une bouteille d eau.😔 3 malheureux programmes à la télévision 😒 Les WC dans la salle de douche . Les petits dej sont hors de prix, tout comme le restaurant.pas adapté pour les familles avec enfants. L espace wellness comportait un sauna, un sauna infra rouge et un hammam. Plusieurs chaises de détente. Thé et fruits à disposition. Un jacuzzi aurait été appreciable. Bémol des odeurs désagréables d égouts dans les couloirs et notamment l ascenseur qui descend au wellness .

The Draak is an amazing place. It is rich with history. The rooms are interesting and varied. The staff is incredibly helpful. The location right on the town square is second-to-none. We have been using the Draak regularly for more than a decade, and have only had great experiences.

Kamer was goed, prima bed, maar de airco werkte onvoldoende. De inrichting en de faciliteiten in de kamer zijn prima. In de badkamer hing af en toe een onaangename geur.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. My room was a deluxe one and tucked away at the back of the hotel which meant I could barely hear the clock chiming. It was luxuriously decorated with real character and the bed was very comfortable. The building is beautiful and the view as you walk towards the illuminated hotel at night is incredibly attractive. We found the staff very helpful and enjoyed our breakfast and the sweets at reception!

Hoge service, en fijn luxe hotel midden aan de Bergse markt. Er was geen kamer met bad klaargemaakt voor ons. Gelukkig kregen we een upgrade, maar deze was wel pal aan de markt incl geluidsoverlast. Super mooie kamer, dat wel. Eten ook geweldig

Hotel was very nice, clean and staff were excellent. Room was as modern as you can make it in a building so old. Location was superb, right on the town square. Could hear the upstairs neighbours walking around, but they seemed to sleep when we did. Mattresses were very thin, 3 inches max and were very soft. I like a firmer mattress but did seem to sleep well. Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and really good food. Only complaint was access to our room. We took the elevator to the second floor. Down a hall with one step up. Another hall with 4 steps up. Another single step up, then 2 flights down. Heavy suitcases made it very hard to get to our room.

In general, we were quite satisfied with the hotel. It was a historic building and our room was in the attic, which was spacious. We loved our room. We went there by bike and they also had a bike parking inside their secured car park. Hotel is very well located so you'll be staying right at the center. Only thing which we didn't like: Although the reservation said that all taxes is included in the amount, they charged us 12,86€ as city tax (for 2 people 1 night). This is also higher than the actual city tax, which should be 3,18€ per person per night.

Mooie ruime suite met heerlijke bedden. Fijn hotel, midden in het centrum. Eten in het restaurant is een ervaring op zich. Bijzondere gerechten en een mooie ambiance. Bediening is perfect en de wijnen prachtig. Op het ontbijt was ook niks aan te merken en de koffie is top!
