"When I was staying, need to extend 1 more day and booked again 13-14 Aug. But somehow , I did mistake by choosing in calendar that 13-14 Dec. I told reception and they can see in system that I did mistake and ask me to request cancellation through by Trip.com. I submitted the cancellation, but rejected by hotel that base on their policy, cancellation could not be done. They also knew that I had extended on 13-14 Aug with new booking. Disappointed for hotel service that I’m regular customer and not allow to cancel mistake booking."

"The room design was pretty standard. In our twin room, one of the beds didn't have a power outlet for charging. The window directly faced the elevator, which meant a lack of privacy, so we had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. Breakfast offered a good variety, but the taste was just average. The biggest plus is its proximity to both the train and bus stations."

"I stayed two nights in Bergen, and on the second evening, I checked into the Bors Hotel. The lady who checked me in was incredibly nice; she listened carefully to my needs and arranged a very satisfactory room for me. When I was about to head to the fish market for dinner after dropping off my luggage, I ran into her again in the lobby. I casually mentioned that my room felt a bit chilly and asked if a smaller room might be warmer (I personally tend to feel colder than most people). She said my current room had a fantastic view and, to my surprise, found an electric heater, brought it to my room, explained how to use it thoroughly, and reminded me again about keeping the ventilation going. I didn't see her when I checked out the next day, and I really regret not getting her name. In fact, I had checked out of another hotel in Bergen a night early and decided last minute to stay at the Bors Hotel. After a rather tumultuous start in Bergen, the warm welcome and cozy stay at Bors truly settled me down. My heartfelt thanks to that lady."

"Very cute hotel! Rooms were spacious and very relaxing. I liked that there were plenty of places to sit in the lobby. Breakfast starts at 8:00 on weekends. This is too late for those going for fjord sightseeing. I was very disappointed because I had to leave before 8:00. But I appreciate that they made breakfast bags for me."
