This is a really nice little hotel in the beautiful Citta Alta of Bergamo.  I arrived after 7 PM so it was a little bit confusing finding the entrance, but if you arrive before you just go in through the restaurant. The staff is very nice, everything about the stay was enjoyable. It’s also located right next to the plaza, but it is not noisy

The location is just 50m from the old town square. Just turn left when you go out. It is in the core area of Bergamo, and it is very convenient to take photos in the morning and evening.
The disadvantage is that the car cannot arrive directly because the old town is prohibited from driving. It can only be parked in a parking lot about 500m away.
It is very comfortable to live in

Que dire de + que les autres avis positifs. L'accueil est très bien. Le responsable parle français et toujours prêt à une ou deux blagues. Le petit déjeuner est frais et très copieux. La nourriture est très bonne. Pour accompagner cela, une petite musique d'ambiance sympathique. Le restaurant est bien au calme à l'arrière du bâtiment. L'hôtel est bien situé au centre de la ville haute dans la seule rue passante. Malgré cela, pas de bruit. J'aurai bien mis 5 étoiles mais il manque la climatisation dans les chambres qui sont très chaudes, spécialement celles du dernier étage (pas testé les autres). On peut se réconforter avec deux ventilateurs. Vous pouvez y séjourner sans craintes.

Great for a 2 stars hotel, the staff was really lovely and accommodating. The rooms were clean and fan in the room was a bonus, the breakfast was good with a goid selection of hot and cold, we will go there again. also very central a particular mention to the lovely Nastasia at reception, that made our stay even more pleasant.

We made a stop after flying to see the opera in Verona, the hotel is lovely for a 2 stars, the staff mostly good as well. the lovely young lady at reception was amazing and accommodating. The food was hit and miss 2 night we ate really well the third night nit great I sent my FAKE crab back and ordered a pizza Margherita instead that was really underwhelming .. I ate is as I was hungry, the young waiter was a little useless compare to the others we had before which where great, was also a little rude making excuses that he was tired😑.. overall a great stay, the water and fake crab cost then a full mark.

Booked 4 nights here after reading other reviews. Couldn't fault the position in the centre of the Citta Alta. The staff were welcoming and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent, fresh fruit, meats and cheese, freshly baked pastries and bread. Lovely coffee. Bed comfy. Room large and cool despite no aircon, and very quiet. Bathroom dated but large and lots of fluffy towels. Would stay again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We stayed here for one night, enjoyed it! People are extremely nice! Hotel in small, 16th century but fully rennovated! Breakfast is plenty, coffee geeat and the restaurant stylish with excellent dishes and reasonable prices! I don't undestand why it is qualified just 2 stars....just try it!

Super dejeuner! Casoncellis au top ! Accueil, service, ambiance au top ! Les prix au top ! Emplacement au top ! Bref vous l aurez compris tout au top! Citta alta le must du site touristique. On ne s attend pas à un accueil, un service et une cuisine pareille ! C etait super!!

Da parecchi anni non entravo in questo locale e visto che è da poco stato rinnovato abbiamo voluto provare una cena. Il piatto ordinato era buono; il locale invece ha perso tutta l’identità di ristorante tipico a favore di un locale prevalentemente turistico.
