Clean, very comfortable beds, easy parking. Close to expressway, but far enough away so there’s no highway traffic noise. Friendly check in. The hot breakfast included bagels, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and more. Two different kinds of coffee.

My car break down by exit 77 with my boat .. so we walk to Quality inn to spend the night on sept 2024 I asked Hotel attendance Ben for military discount and he answers was the room is cheap enough thats the lowest rate..he didn't honor the discount....worst we decided to leave same night around 12 am the lady has no customer skills...very disappointed...

This hotel is close to I75 and was a hidden surprise. We usually stay at Hampton so we were Leary of staying in a different hotel. We were very happy we did! From the check in with Jeremy, to questions for restaurants with Jay and a billing question with Michelle everyone was friendly, helpful and very courteous. The room was clean, and spacious especially for the price. It is located close to the attractions as well as restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable stay. Rooms were very clean, great water pressure in the shower. Inviting lobby. Breakfast was good. Convenient parking. Pleasant staff. We were right across from the ice machine which was a little noisy when people used it during the night, but it didn't ruin the stay. Good value, would definitely stay again.

Was leery for low price, but no worries! Other than an unenthusiastic young lady at check-in, everything was just fine. Clean comfy room, a tad small but all we needed. Close to door for our dog. Hotel was clean, quiet, breakfast was hot & good. Great value for price, only $25 xtra for dog. A friendly face at FrontDesk for check-in/out would have ranked 5 stars.

The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave it! The pillows were great-no neck pain for this side sleeper. And the sheets/pillowcases were so soft with the down blanket being the perfect weight. Loved the fridge in our room, too! It was quiet and comfy and fed me breakfast-can’t ask for much more than that traveling on the road for Thanksgiving. We will keep this one for future travels north!

We stayed two nights in this hotel and it was good for our needs. The room was modest size, but well lighted and the bed was comfortable. Room included a fridg and microwave. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but they did include hot sausage.

Needed a two room overnight returning to SC. Booked on the fly and the staff getting us into our rooms was excellent as were the rates. The rooms for an economy hotel were updated and the beds and linens clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was simple and adequate with warm and cold options. This town is dry so getting a beer after a long days drive was a bit of a challenge.

This was a nice, clean, very reasonably priced place to stay in Berea. My only criticism is that we arrived around 3:20 and had to wait about half an hour until our room was available… a little inconvenient, but no big deal. The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable.
