При бронировании номера на 2 ночи не было варианта купить с завтраком, но было написано, что завтрак доступен в отеле за доп плату 900 уен. В письме от tripcom с ваучером тоже написано про доступность завтрака, без инструкций за какое время и каким способом надо бронировать завтрак. При заселении в 16 ч леди на ресепшн сообщила, что завтрак на завтрашнее утро полностью забронирован. Мы очень огорчились и спросили про бронирование на послезавтра. Леди сообщила, что на послезавтра завтрак тоже полностью забронирован. И это не ошибка перевода или непонимания, это информация, которую леди нам совершенно точно сообщила. Она написала в переводчике на планшете, что если кто-нибудь отменит бронь завтрака, то они с нами свяжутся. Мы расстроились очень сильно, купили вечером еды в супермаркете и позавтракали в номере, чтобы успеть утром на поезд. Утром на ресепшн были двое мужчин, мы решили спросить у них про завтрак на завтра, на что они ответили, что завтрак доступен, и не только на завтра, но даже можно идти прямо сейчас. Как это возможно? Мы только что позавтракали в номере! Это худший опыт обслуживания в Японии.
