"This hotel seems to be the biggest one around. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly nice and thoughtful. Since we were traveling with a child, she even upgraded our room, which was a lovely touch. The hotel's location is also great; it's very close to the Water Caves and convenient for driving to Guanshan Lake. It's also not far from Xiaoshi. It would be even better if the breakfast selection was richer. Adding butter for the toast and coffee from a coffee machine would be a fantastic improvement!"

"The room was clean, the front desk service was excellent, and check-in was quick. It was our first trip to Benxi with our child, and Manager Kong at the front desk patiently recommended routes – it was perfect. The room was very cozy overall, and the twin room was perfect for a family with a child. The housekeeping staff thoughtfully provided toiletries. Breakfast started at 7 am; we were in a rush to get to the scenic spots, so we only had a quick bite. The freshly squeezed soy milk with fried dough sticks was really good – a satisfying and delicious meal. Highly recommended! Parking is free, making it the top choice for those driving in Benxi. We would definitely stay here again."

I was concerned that not having a window would be an issue, but the air conditioner controls were specific to the room, and I had one of the best nights' sleep I have had in a hotel room. The Hotel is literally across the road from Benxi Railway Station, so it is very convenient for travellers."
