The room is surprisingly small. It's not like a hotel in the United States. It feels like a hotel in Tokyo. The small room is mainly just a bed. There is no table. There is a narrow small table folded under the wall-mounted TV. When the small table is put down, I can only sit on the edge of the bed with my butt raised. There is no chair. The front desk said that the small green stool at the head of the bed was originally intended to be placed beside the bed to match the folding table, but it turned out that the space from the bed to the wall was not enough for the stool. There is no wardrobe, it is open and not long enough for me to hang my skirt. No coffee machine. Every space is cramped. Because it has just been renovated and newly opened, there is still a smell in the room. I wanted to open the window to get some air, but the window only had glass and couldn't be opened. The central air conditioner is surprisingly noisy. In short, although the hotel has a somewhat artistic design, it is very uncomfortable and not suitable for business trips.

Probably the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The room was extremely small. So small that the bed had to be pushed up against the window/wall. I had to crawl over my wife to get out of bed in the middle of the night or in the morning. There is no bathroom (defined as a room with a sink, a toilet and a shower/tub). The sink area is in the very small sleeping area which made it impossible for me to get up and shave, wash my face or brush my teeth without disturbing my wife. The very small separate toilet area is ridiculous. Finally the very small separate shower area has a door that opens onto the entrance to the room. Water drips from the shower door onto the tile making it very slippery and dangerous. An absolutely horrible design to the room. Hilton should be embarrassed to have its name on the Motto brand. The lobby is beautiful and the employees were all very nice. Unfortunately, when you get to your room, the disappointment begins and remains. There is a nice bar in the lobby, but it closes at 10 p.m. on weekdays and at 11 on weekends. Would recommend a Motel 6 over the Motto in Bentonville.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location, definitely the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Bentonville. Forget the valet parking because u can park in the municipal lot for free which is behind the hotel and most likely where the valet will park your car anyway. It’s a short walk and Bentonville is super safe so no worries about your car or personal safety. We really enjoyed walking into town for meals, coffee, ice cream, and relaxing in the charming town square. The hotel has great coffee and pastries for sale in the morning and both an indoor and outdoor bar area get a beer or cocktail and sushi type food at the end of the day. There is an outdoor play area for kids as well. The Japanese restaurant came highly recommended but we could not get a reservation.

Terribly run hotel. As an aircrew, we had to re book rooms some place else because of their stupidity. Stay somewhere else. Avoid this crappy hotel. As a Pilot we stay at hundreds of hotels and this one sucks! If I could give no stars I would!!!!!!

Positives: ideal location, attractive decor, friendly staff. That’s it. Negatives: 1. Minuscule rooms. Maybe 10x20, including sink, toilet & shower. Bed flush against wall on 1 side so 2d sleeper had to crawl in & out from the foot. 2. No coffee maker, microwave or ice bucket. No free coffee anywhere in hotel. 3. No cold water from sink. Only warm & hot. Not kidding. 4. Maid svc sloppy. Left used washcloths in shower. No clean face towels. Empty tissue box. Trash left on floor.Messy made up bed, although could t blame them for that since they prob had to crawl in (with shoes on no doubt) to make it up. 5. Valet parking only . 15 min wait time every time car was requested. All this for $260+/night. Would not recommend this hotel.

The Motto Hotel is a new gem of Bentonville! This gorgeous new property boasts captivating art throughout its public spaces. The rooms are perfect for a romantic escape - and I am obsessed with the mint shampoo and conditioner! From the stylish bars to the mouthwatering sushi restaurant and chic coffee spot, every corner is Instagram-worthy and delicious. A must-visit for couples seeking a trendy urban retreat!
